This was the best VRBO stay ever. Well stocked with all the amenities. Very up to date. We enjoyed our stay Immensely. Have stayed in several VRBOs and this was the best. Host extremely gracious. Can’t say enough about our stay. Will be coming back. Great place for vacation.

Very nice all the way around.

We love Topsail Island and often stay in North Topsail. The unit was nicely appointed and clean. The property manager was responsive and friendly. The views from the balcony were outstanding while the check-in, check-out process was easy. We will be back with our family to this location very soon.

209A Is the definition of excellence all around. The unit was immaculate upon arrival, well appointed, complete with luxury bed linens and towels. The host is second to none, with every detail accounted for from check in to check out. It is the perfect paradise getaway.

Fantastic place beautifal condo and grounds

We were looking for a place right on the beach with a beautiful pool and grounds an this one was perfect. Host made everything easy. Clean beautifully appointed condo with a great view of pools and the beach. Would stay there again without hesitation.

Birthday vacation

My boyfriend and I did a long weekend away for our birthdays and I am so happy that we chose this place! Beautifully furnished and extremely accommodating. We had an amazing view from the balcony and spent every evening listening to the music from the restaurant patio below. The private beach access, pools/hot tubs, and restaurant on site were all great as well. We know where we'll be staying for our future trips to Topsail!

Capri Villa Family Fun

The property was gorgeous! Very updated with complimentary products provided! The views were breathtaking and close proximity to stairway and elevator! Pools were clean, beach was not heavily populated, and food at the restaurant on site was delicious! I would strongly recommend this property!

Great family trip!

Unit is clean, superb location in a great community. It worked great for our family of four (two small children). Pools are nice (not heated on cooler days, yet there are two hot tubs). We love north top sail beach- quiet location. Owner was a breeze to rent from. Will choose again.

Weekend getaway

This condo was amazing. Clean. Well appointed. Had everything we would expect and then some. The linens were superior to other places we have stayed. The ocean view on the deck with coffee in the mornings was wonderful. We will be back for sure.

Modern Clean Unit

This unit can’t be beat! With linens included and starters to get your stay off on the right foot, my family and I absolutely loved our stay. Easy access to the pools, yes plural, and the beach. Villa Capriani is our favorite spot and this is our favorite unit there!

Awesome week spent in newly renovated condo.

Kathleen and I thoroughly enjoy our stay at this newly renovated condo. The sunrises from the balcony are beautiful, and the condo had everything we required. It was a great way to escape reality for the week. Shawn & Kathleen.

Beautiful Rental

Owner communication is great. Unit is immaculate. Furniture is comfortable. Appreciated the good quality cookware. View is worth every penny. Pool area is clean. Splash By The Sea is superb, went twice - dinner and drinks and apps and drinks. If we come back to the area we will rent this again

Fantastic stay

I would highly recommend this property. Not only is the condo lovely, centrally located on property, but the beach is amazing. The condo is fully stocked with everything you could need including little things like toiletries, hairdryer, tupperware qhich we used to take snacks to the beach. We had a minor issue which Shanna addressed immediately abd webt out of her way to make aure we had everything we needed and more. Beautiful place, amazing owner and outstanding beach. Can't ask for much more. Qill definitely look to return.

Best Week

We absolutely loved our week here! The condo was clean and looked exactly as pictured. Host was super and I loved all the little extras like shampoo, soap, hand sanitizer, dish soap, dishwashing detergent ect, ect. We didn’t need to contact Shanna during the week because everything was perfect, but I know if I would have texted her she would have responded immediately from my previous experience texting her. Property was lovely, I would imagine once construction is finished it will be beautiful. The work never got in our way of enjoying our week. Beach was gorgeous especially at sunset. Restaurant on location was also good. We hope to stay again in the future.

The perfect Beach spot

This condo was such a perfect spot. It’s clearly a very newly renovated place, with a lot of care and attention given to everything that went into it. It felt so nice and clean, fresh and beautiful. We all loved the decor and aesthetics. The king bed is huge and super comfortable. The kids had no problem sleeping together on the queen sleeper sofa. Plenty of storage for a family of four. We also really enjoyed the automatic recliner and the puzzle. The kitchen is the best and thoroughly equipped, again with plenty of storage for our own foods etc. I also really enjoyed the washer and dryer and used it daily. I really can’t gush enough about this place. And I haven’t even mentioned how wonderful Villa Capriati is yet! The pools, hot tubs, easy private access to the beach, the restaurant- it all served to give us a highly needed, very satisfying and easy week at the beach. We loved this spot so much that we already talked about coming back to it in the future, even though we ideally would have a place with two bedrooms with the 4 of us, so that says a lot! Thanks so much for the care and attention you clearly put in this place and your guests!

Great getaway

Lovely remodeled property with all the amenities. No-hassle check-in/out, no extra rentals of linens etc. Good wi-fi. Recommended! (The jigsaw puzzle is missing a piece, though...)

Great!

This is a really nice condo, and a great place for a quiet getaway. Condo is nicely decorated, and super close to the pool and beach. Resort is pretty unique on the NC coast, and has great facilities. The pools & hot tubs are a welcome break from the beach. It's also nice to have the restaurant at the resort, although it can get really busy. All in all a fantastic long weekend for my wife and I, and we wouldn't hesitate to come back!
