Guests have acccess to entire cabin, campground, seasonal dock and marina, seasonal lake and the seasonal beach

There is NO wifi at the suite, however celluar network is available in part of the campground. Emergency Wifi access available at the office. Please ask front desk.

Water level of Kinbasket lake varies because it's a reservoir and water level is controlle by the hydroelectric dam. Usually, the lake starts filling up by the end of June or first week of July. During May and June there is water in the rivers (Beaver river and Columbia river) to fish and swim but lake bed is empty during that time. In fact enpty lake bed adds a different beauty to Kinbasket Lake and many people like it and come for ATV riding, however most people like boating/fishing/swimming on the lake which only come up in July and remain.

CP rail train line passes beside the campground and train passes 8-10 times during day and night. Although most campers do not like the noise from the train but some people love it and some wait for it

Pet welcomed . Dogs and ALL pets must be attended and leashed at ALL time and picked up after. All pets must be kept off the beds/furniture and not left alone to bark.
