Walk to bars, restaurants, and shops on the historical downtown Sulphur Springs square. You’ll LOVE the location! Our place is ideal for couples or families with kids.

The property is a large 1900 square foot apartment featuring 2 large bedrooms and 2 full baths. Master suite with king bed, one walk in closets and full bath. The second bedroom is a suite featuring a queen bed and full bath.

Large kitchen fully equipped for guest use. Living room has oversized leather sectional couch. Dining room table and bar seats 10 for guest to eat.

The property contains 3 smart TVs and is equipped with free wifi. Also features multiple balconies for guest to use to get some fresh air, two are private.

Gotta love downtown life

We are from a really urban/busy part of Dallas, but still weren't prepared for downtown life in little ol' Sulphur Springs. Lots of traffic, freight trains and no place to park. BUT the apartment was amazing. There is an elevator so you don't have to take the stairs and the entire home is handicapped accessible. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need to not just cook/dine, but to cook/dine in style. The linens and décor are upscale. It was all very clean and felt rich. The check in process was a bit antiquated, requiring an actual key and to meet to access the apartment. But the owner was super responsive, kind and helpful. .

We hoped you enjoyed your stay! We keep our kitchen stocked for the people who love to cook. We do have lovely restaurants all around but sometimes you love to stay in and enjoy a meal. Our check in process is a bit antiquated, as you say, but it's our pleasure to meet who is staying in our VRBO with a key for check in. It is a safety feature for both parties and the bonus is we make new friends from all over. Thank you for all the kind words for the VRBO. Please come back and enjoy our little town again!

Excellent downtown location in heart of the new district!

Kristy is an absolute pleasure to deal with. Her beautifully appointed apartment is right on the main street of Sulphur Springs, within walking distance of shops and restaurants. Her check-in/out process is straight forward and simple. We stayed there for two weeks during a stint working out of the local airport and the apartment is conveniently located mere minutes away. So convenient! If you stay here, do be prepared for a busy street below you, with all of the lights and noise that accompany a tourism district. Things quiet down after 10 pm and start back up around 6:30 a.m. - not a problem for professionals but can be intrusive if you want to sleep in or go to bed early. We used our phone’s white noise apps and it was suitably dulled to no longer be an issue. The cityscape’s noise mentioned above was, however, the only downside and it was more than offfset by a very comfortable, clean, well appointed and decorated 2BR, 2BA apartment. We truly did enjoy our time there. Thanks, Kristy!

This property is the best place in SS. Perfect location (downtown) and it’s absolutely beautiful! I have rented this place several times for family and friends. One day I will stay there myself for a relaxing weekend. Can you do a give away and pick me? ;)

Was a awesome space and a great location.

Very nice apartment with great features and amenities. We rented the space for famiky that was coming to town for a birthday. The location was right in the heart of town with great places to shop and eat. Would stay there again!!

Beautiful and great location but…

The property is beautifully decorated and location is prime but our check in was a mess!! It was our Christmas stay with our family in sulphur springs and it started off badly. After driving 4.5 hrs we landed and had no idea how to check-in. The streets were packed so we pulled up in the alleyway. There was still no check info listed. My husband was on the street looking around for someone to talk to after we emailed the property manager. Finally, someone from a local store pointed him in the direction of a lady who was friends with the property manager. She finally found us a key and got us upstairs. Kristy got back to us after two phone calls and four emails. She came to the property as well and gave us a set of keys. She still never gave us parking information. After we were settled in we realize there is no Internet. I had a work project I absolutely had to finish with a hard deadline. I had to call my brother-in-law to have him and his wife rush back to the house so I could use their Internet to complete my proposal. This was incredibly frustrating especially on a day that we should be trying to relax with family. She told me she would get in touch with someone and never follow back up and never had any other parking information. Luckily most people who deserted the street so we could park in front of the apartment. Also, there’s a rug in the living room was curled up on the front corner and my 87 yr old grandmother tripped and fell! Yes, the place is very nice but how it started left a bad taste in my mouth that was hard to get around.

Amazing Property

This is a hidden gem in downtown Sulphur Springs, TX. I wish I had more time to spend on the square to shop and dine but couldn’t due to the family reunion I had a large hand in planning. Kristy is a great host and explained everything in detail when I checked in. It’s a great weekend getaway from DFW if you’re interested in small home towns. Would visit again for sure.

We had a relaxing weekend due to freezing temps outside by the fireplace. Was up to our standards! Very accommodating! Treasure find!! Would recommend future stays!
