The Beach House - Private beach access and SKY SPORT

Relax and unwind at our beach house. Step straight from the backyard onto a walking track that leads to sea views in less than a minute. Continue down the track to the beach. If you lucky you may see a sea lion or seal down there, if you do please keep your distance and respect their space.
We have 3 bedrooms and one bathroom. One with a King bed, one with a queen bed and one with two sets of two bunks and a portacot available. The house is warm with all day sun as well as a heat pump that keeps the house toasty warm. There is fast wifi ( Average download 883, average upload 508). We have two outdoor seating areas with the back yard leading to the beach. We have buckets and spades, beach towels and boogie boards available in the shed for your use. Our beach is great for walks, sand castles and picnics but not recommended for swimming as there are rips. We recommended a 3 minute drive South to Brighton Beach for a safe swimming beach. In the coastal community of Brighton there is also The Brighton Store for your milk, bread, ice cream or lotto. And next door the Brighton beach cafe for a delicious coffee and a bite to eat. Seven minutes North of Westwood you will arrive at Green Island, where you will find a supermarket, McDonalds and Chinese takeaways, a pharmacy and a medical centre. Drive another 10 minutes and you are right in the city centre.
We have SKY SPORT, Freeview, and access to popular streaming platforms.
Inside families are catered for,
with board games, books and toys. We have a fully equipped kitchen including a highchair, and the shower in the bathroom has very good pressure.
15 minutes to both the airport and central Dunedin. 3 minutes to Brighton 7 minutes to Green Island.
