'Casa Boa Vida' is situated at the edge of the charming fishermans village amidst Europes biggest natural reserve "Costa Vicentina". It is the perfect starting point for exiting trips. We always felt enchanted by Salema and its sourroundings. We will provide selfdrawn maps for you to get to know the insides and to help you fall in love, too.
„Casa Boa Vida“ is a quite, spacious, homely Atrium house very close to the beach, with fireplace and a little garden and has great see views. From here it is only about 300 meters to the centre of the village with restaurants, shops and the beach.
The house comprises of a living area of 188 m2 on 2 floors. The bottom floor consists of a spacious comfortable living room with fire place. The dining area is separated but open towards the living room and adjoins the well provided kitchen. The light streaming in from the Atrium through the partially glazed ceiling of the dining area creates a special atmosphere in the dining and living area. The living room with its big sliding glass doors is facing south with view into the little evergreen garden. There is also a guest bathroom on the bottom floor. On the upper floor there is the fully glass-roofed Atrium, 3 bedrooms of which 2 are equipped with balcony. There are 2 bathrooms with daylight. One of them is equipped with WC, shower and bath, the other one with WC and shower. From the upper floor you have an wonderful view on the near sea, the small village and into the green country. Apart from the building the property comprises of the little garden and a big yard with parking space for 3 cars. (Please open 'more details' for further description.

The house is equipped with electric heating. In the winter months it is usually sufficient to additionally heat the fire place in the evenings only.
Catering: self catering, bedding and towels inclusive, please bring beach towels.
Car is useful but not necessary, it is possible to rent a car or scooter in Salema, at the airport or in Lagos. We can help you renting a car. If you do not want to rent a car you can travel by train from Faro to Lagos and take a bus from Lagos to Salema. As well there is an airport shuttle from Faro to Salema.
