Located in the desirable and established University Heights Neighborhood, only 8 minutes from Downtown Flagstaff, 5 minutes to Northern Arizona University (NAU), 25 minutes to Arizona Snowbowl for skiing and snowboarding, 35 minutes to beautiful red rock Sedona, and 80 miles to Grand Canyon National Park South Rim.

Large landscaped outdoor area great for entertaining and letting yourself enjoy the cool Flagstaff evenings.
