Seven Springs Townhome w/ Pool, Private Hot Tub & Ping Pong Table

Our townhouse is our home away from home, and is not a "rental unit" so you will feel at home too! We only rent it a few times a year so there is no real wear & tear that you find with full-time rentals. If you are in PA, OH, or MD, and looking for a little getaway where you can work, stay & play, Seven Springs is an ideal location.

IN THE SUMMER, THIS TOWNHOUSE IS SECONDS FROM THE POOL/PLAYGROUND/TENNIS/BASKETBALL/PICKELBALL COURTS!! If you are familiar with the Sunridge community in The Villages at this fabulous resort, you'll know that being close to the pool/playground/tennis/basketball/pickelball courts is really convenient. Free of charge with your rental. We also have one of the largest patios in the community, with plenty of seating and feeling of serenity.....a great place to enjoy a cup of coffee, a glass if wine, or a good beer. Just want to relax? Enjoy the hot tub at the pool, or grab a plastic cup and enjoy the private hot tub on the patio! We also have a private ping pong table on the patio (Summer only!) - tons of fun for everyone! Want to go hiking or biking while you are visiting? There are plenty of trails - for families with small children, to expert mountain terrain, and everything in between. No need to leave your bikes outside - pull them right inside our garage for safe overnight storage.

Additional summer activities include sporting clays, fishing, horse back riding, golfing, tennis, The Trillium Spa, bars, restaurants, and more.

Laurel State Park is 11 minutes away and offers beautiful streams for fishing, trails for hiking and a lake where you can rent kayaks while the kids play on the sandy beach. 7 Springs will provide you and your family and friends great memories for years to come!

IN THE WINTER, our cozy mountain townhouse at Seven Springs Mountain Resort, as Vail Resorts property, is SKI IN-SKI OUT, with the slopes just across the street. With Vail as the new Resort Owners, the mountain has the best skiing its had in years!! Don't wait to book this year's trip! Not a skier? Grab a sled and enjoy the sled riding hill with your kids/family - just across the street. Go horseback riding or take a winter hike. Or, jump on the free shuttle just steps away from the unit and ride to the lodge to enjoy some family time. At the Lodge, watch the skiers, eat some lunch, play mini-golf, swim in the indoor heated pool (when. available), go bowling, or enjoy the game room. There are several beginner hikes nearby, so bring your boots or snowshoes and enjoy the outdoors.

CHECK IN TIME IS AT 3:00 PM on your check-in day and check out is at 10 AM. (Holiday check-in times may vary with length and stay). We have a fully stocked kitchen for cooking with your friends and family. Love to cook? Feel free to use the spices in the cabinet. Enjoy the new Calphalon cookware, flattop stainless stove and Bosch dishwasher. Staying for the week? We have 2 refrigerators for your food and drinks.

We will also cover you on the basics so you have a turnkey stay. Bed linens, bath towels, pillows and blankets, bath soap, hand soap, toilet paper and paper towels are supplied. For convenience, we also provide all trash bags, dish soap, dish detergent and cleaning supplies. We also happily provide coffee, tea bags and several spices.

Our beautiful 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath is a two-story townhouse that has plenty of space inside and out - the perfect mountain getaway for some fresh air. Working from home right now? Use the desk & plug into the monitors so you don’t miss any meetings and can work efficiently with WiFi set for video conferencing and VPN access, with plenty of time for skiing.

With 2 Master Suites, our exceptionally appointed 7 Springs townhouse at this Vail resort sleeps 10 comfortably. Extra blankets and pillows are provided.

The first floor has a living room that features a Smart Screen TV with cable, or log onto your Prime, Netflix, or HULU account. The open floor plan concept and the comfy sectional sofa offer plenty of space for everyone. There is a fully stocked kitchen with an Island for entertaining/additional seating. The dining room/kitchen has seating for 10. The 1st floor Master features a newly renovated walk-in stacked-stone tile shower, dual sinks, King sized bed, and a TV. For convenience, there is also a newly renovated 1/2 bathroom on the 1st floor for other guests.

The 2nd floor also boasts a Master en suite with a newly renovated full bathroom, with walk-in tile shower, Queen sized bed, desk area and a beautiful view of the slopes. Also on the 2nd floor is the bunk room, great for kids or an entire family! This bedroom has mirroring Queen/Twin bunk beds, sleeping 6 total. The loft area has a pull-out couch and is a great sitting/board game area. Between the loft area and bunk room is a newly renovated full bathroom with brick-tiled shower/tub combo. The washer and dryer are also on the second floor.

Our townhouse has central heat and air condition.
