You'll love to stay in this practical two-bedroom apartment in town Stobrec, just 3 min walking to the beautiful small pebble beach.

This position is ideal for a quiet vacation and to still be close to explore buzzing tourist centers around like Split and Podstrana.

It's located on the ground floor of the private house.

Beautiful small pebble beach suitable for children is just 3 min walking from the apartment.

Everything Stobrec has to offer is within just few minutes walking from the apartment - beaches, restaurants, caffe bars…

Apartment also has a large 40 m2 patio with table and chairs, so you can enjoy food, drinks and hanging out outside in the fenced yard of the house.

Living room has an LED TV with satellite channels, air condition unit and one sofa sleeping two people.

We also provide two extra beds for two people if needed.

Both bedrooms have two cozy double beds that can be joined into one double bed.

Kitchen is equipped with four electric stoves, kettle, toaster and fridge with freezer, ready for you to prepare any kind of tasty meal.

You can also use outside fireplace shared with guests of our second apartment.

Bathroom has a shower, washing machine and hair dryer.

You also get a parking spot in the yard of the house, Wi-Fi high-speed internet, iron, ironing board, clean linen and towels, all free of charge.

Baby cot can also be arranged free of charge, please contact in advance.

Price for one night stay is +30%

For two or more nights stay standard price applies.

This is a smoke free apartment.

You can smoke outside at patio.

Certain pets are allowed, please ask in advance.

We expect normal house behavior - watch not to break anything, leave the apartment tidy and don't make noise to other people in the house.

Except that - just enjoy your stay here!

Check in time is 2 pm (14:00), check out 10:00 am, flexible if possible.


**** Guest access:

You will have exclusive access to the apartment and its patio with table and chairs.

Outside fireplace in the yard of the house is free too use and is shared with guests of our other apartment.

You will get a private parking spot in the yard of the house free of charge.

Stobrec, a city district of Split is situated on the shores of the Adriatic Sea and surrounded by preserved natural scenery of Mosor mountain range and Zrnovnica River.

This traditional fishing village's tourism offer rests on manifestations in Mediterranean spirit, vicinity of the city of Split (only 7 km away from Split's historical center and Diocletians Palace), and cultural and natural attractions of central Dalmatia.

At a short distance from Stobrec, on the area of Zrnovnica and Podstrana villages, along the slopes of Perun Hill, several beautiful biking and walking theme trails especially stand out.
