Our comfortably furnished non-smoking apartment in a row house style is located in a modern residential complex in Koserow between the Baltic Sea and the backwaters. Enjoy the peace and discover the beautiful location to nature. Our apartment is located near the beach and forest.

From our apartment you can walk to the Baltic Sea beach, which is below the Streckelsberg (height: 60m), after only 800m. Don't just enjoy the beach atmosphere there. The Streckelsberg offers you an unforgettable view of the beautiful Baltic Sea and invites you for a walk or a bike ride through the nearby beech forest. Stroll through the tranquil village of Koserow with the small shops and you can also get there in just 15 minutes. to the Baltic Sea beach.

The discounter (NETTO), bakery, post office, bank, petrol station and many other smaller shops can be reached from our apartment in just a few minutes on foot. There is also good transport links.
Our beautiful apartment is suitable for families with children, for couples, active vacationers, singles and seniors.
Our apartment is 50m² in size and is divided into two living levels, which are connected by a 7-step staircase. The living-dining area is on the ground floor (lower level). Here you can end the day with a cozy get-together. With the fully equipped kitchen, your culinary delights become reality. From the living-dining area there is direct access to the 12m² covered sun terrace and the garden. Garden furniture (deck chairs, garden chairs, table) are available. The terrace faces south-west so that you can enjoy the midday and afternoon sun.
With the appropriate wind direction you can hear the rustling of the Baltic Sea waves. Our planted garden is separated from the street by a wooden fence and offers children a safe place to play. In the upper level of our apartment there are 2 bedrooms with space for a total of 4 people. The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed and the children's bedroom with a bunk bed. Both rooms are located towards the Baltic Sea and Buchenwald. The bathroom with shower is also on this level. Our apartment also has a covered parking space. Pets are not welcome in our apartment so that allergy sufferers can enjoy their vacation with us.
