This is the second or third time we have stayed here. We love the location! Itā€™s perfect for us. Watch for ticks on your dogs etc. we found 3 during our stay (part of being in nature!)

We went from July 19 through the 26th of 2025. We brought our fifth wheel, which is close to 45 feet long, we are a family of five so we wanted to experience RVing on the beach. We absolutely loved being on this property. The walk is not long at all maybe two minutes at most. You would spend that if not more walking through a condo down to the beach. We had no issues with any of the neighbors, and the beaches had so many seashells, our teenagers loved collecting them to make gifts for family. Since youā€™re on the south end of the Cape, you donā€™t necessarily get the blue green water, but the beaches are really nice. But if you go 10 minutes down the road to the Saint Joe State Park, the beaches are absolutely gorgeous and the water is crystal green and blue. We plan to go back next summer and weā€™ll continue to do so if the dates are available. We are also looking to purchase our own property somewhere along the golf after this experience.

This is an amazing site and Justin is an amazing host.

We enjoyed the solitude and peace with a morning walk on the beach daily, our dogs were in heaven. Thanks to some great input from Justin we took advantage of his all his recommendations. Our favorite being the beach at the state park on Cape San Blas. We saw dolphins, rays and tons of beautiful nature. This was an unforgettable trip! Thank you to a very nice couple!

Getaway

This is a perfect spot to get away from everyone. Nestled between 2 beach houses with your own 2 minute cleared trail walk to the beach. Cap San Blas is beautiful but everything shuts down around 8pm but it is December. We recommend this lovely space. Just a pull in spot with full hookup and outdoor water and grill provided. We will be back if it remains available. Best mini getaway ever.

Beautiful

This property is the idea place to take your RV & be direct ocean front. Itā€™s clean, level parking & steps from ocean. Highly recommend & we will definitely return. We had to leave after 1 day due to hurricane Helene. Homeowners have been amazing to work with. BOOK THIS SPOT!!! You want be disappointed

Glamping with an ocean view!

Peaceful with a short walk over the sand dunes to the beach. We took our bikes and enjoyed the bike paths in the afternoons.

WONDERFUL AND CLOSE TO BEACH

WE so enjoyed our stay here. would have stayed longer had it been available. the trail to the beach was a little bit of a walk but not bad at all. someone came and mowed the trail during our stay which made it even nicer. we stayed in a 42' 5th wheel but you do need to be good to maneuver one that size in there. we will for sure be back one day. the beach was not crowded at all, closest people to us was probably 100 yards.

If you are looking for a front row beach camping spot that is the most relaxing of all, this is your place! Clean, easy, and relaxing! Itā€™s just a very short ā€œstate park likeā€ stroll through the pines to your not so traveled beach spot! We will be back! Thank you for sharing your paradise!

Great vacation spot

Great place to spend our vacation. Close to anything you may need. Short walk to the beach. Really enjoyed our stay. Only disappointment is leaving, pulling a 40 foot fifth wheel out of the site was difficult. The palm trees and fire hydrant were in the way, so we couldnā€™t drive out. We had to back all the way down the street.

Great private RV location on the Gulf

Great location on Cape San Blas! If you are looking to be steps away from the beach and you love nature this is the spot for you! Lots of wildlife and an incredible walkable beach. Hear the wave crash from your RV.

Winter Get Away

Clean, quit, relaxing spot with easy access to beach. Plenty of room for backing in. Although hook ups were on the wrong side it was nothing we couldnā€™t deal with. Highly recommend as long as your stay doesnā€™t interfere with my desire to stay again.

Never disappoints!!

Private site with access to an incredible beach. 40 foot coach was easy to get in and level. Big 5th wheels would need a skillful driver but doable. The area is great for beach walks and biking. Fantastic area restaurants. This site is a gem

Cape San blas

When we first started going to this spot several years back it was nice and clean. Now there is trash all over not just this spot but the whole street. There was huge dog poop everywhere. The whole street is over grown. This spot has trees starting to grow and block the few of the ocean. For $$$ a night I expect better

Week full of adventure

Very nice property, easy to navigate into and out of (very important for RV usage). Quiet and minimal people around. Our dog loved the beach and we saw looks of wild life. Sharks, stingrays, a lone flamingo and one small Rat snake.

Stunning view

We stayed from a Saturday to a Saturday. The site was a prime location - just steps from the beach. We situated our camper where we could look out the window at dining room table and have a beautiful view (when we weren't at the ocean!) July is an extremely HOT month to visit but we still enjoyed ourselves. We mostly cooked at our site - with fish we caught from a charter or fish purchased from the local fish market. How awesome is that!! No wi-fi so plan on using your data. Or just get off your phone LOL.

Relaxation

Property was just as promised. We have a 37ft travel trailer and are about 60 ft long when hitched. Got in and out, no problem. Super short walk to a great beach. Plenty of room at the site for a second vehicle if needed. All utilities worked great.
