Our cozy 62 sqm apartment has been renovated and furnished with modern furniture. It is in an absolute top location and is perfect due to its proximity to the ski slopes, the bike arena and the hiking paradise Rothaarsteig. The apartment is in an apartment building and has a parking space .. Parking spaces for cars can also be found in the rear garden area. The fast Internet of a cable provider is available to our guests free of charge and the WiFi access is easy with the help of short instructions posted in the apartment.
The apartment has a furnished balcony, a bathroom with shower, bathtub and toilet. Mirror cabinet, cosmetic mirror and hair dryer (+ diffuser) are available.
The modern living room with wall unit + wardrobe offers 2 additional sleeping options thanks to the pull-out, cozy living area. The flat-screen TV with satellite reception, the Blue-Ray DVD player, the CD / radio with USB connection and the additional music system as well as various CDs and DVDs are used for entertainment.
There is also a WiFi / Bluetooth speaker that can be paired with a smartphone and thus offers the possibility to play the favorite music from your own cell phone. With the multi-USB quick charging station, your devices can be charged quickly.
The brand new Nolte kitchen with branded appliances was installed in July 2016. It consists of a long kitchenette with a dishwasher, ceramic hob and extractor hood. Opposite the kitchenette is the high oven and the freezer-fridge combination. The extensive kitchen equipment is housed in the cupboards and enables cooking and baking just like at home.
Crockery, glasses and cutlery are available for 6 people. Pots, pans, casserole and baking tins, microwaves, toasters, coffee machines, food processors, mixers, egg cookers, kettles, thermos jugs, and a raclette (+ HOT STONE) are also available.
An extensive range of spices as well as vinegar, oil, sugar, coffee, coffee white, cocoa powder and tea are available free of charge, as are foils, household papers, cleaning agents, soap cream, shower gel, shampoo, hair care products, facial tissues, toilet paper, detergents, fabric softeners and hygienic detergents. Free dishwasher accessories (washing tablets / cleaning powder / powder / rinse aid / special salt) and also dishcloths, dry wipes, dishwashing liquid, table linen / place mats, potholders and aprons complete the equipment.
4-6 people can be seated at a table in the kitchen and a radio in the kitchen also offers the possibility of receiving music.
The bedroom has a very modern and oversized box spring bed and offers plenty of space for 2 people. There is also a flat screen TV with satellite reception in the bedroom. A radio projection clock radio wakes you up with music as you wish. The TV cabinet and the wardrobe offer additional storage space, as does the seat cube. Cozy pillows, blankets and various decorations and equipment elements are intended to give our guests a feel-good atmosphere like 'DAHEIM'.
If required, we are happy to provide a changing table, a baby bath, a cot and a high chair for our very young guests. There is also tableware for the youngest.
In the hallway there are cupboards (wardrobe-shoe and linen cupboards). In the cloakroom there are 2 toboggan plates, which our guests can borrow free of charge. In a storage niche you will find an ironing board, iron, vacuum cleaner, cleaning equipment and various household helpers and a shopping trolley that you are welcome to use.
Bed linen, shower / bath / hand towels are sufficiently available and are available for a fee of € 10 per person. The sports equipment may be parked in the ski cellar. Bicycles can also be safely deposited in the basement without having to carry them over stairs, because you can comfortably ride your bikes around the outside of the house up to the rear basement entrance.
The washing machine and dryer are in the laundry room. Both devices may be used by our guests and operated by inserting coins (50 cents). There you can also hang laundry to dry on a line. Free detergent is available in the apartment and a small clothes horse is on the balcony. The cool box, which is under the balcony table, can be used for excursions.
The apartment is in the immediate vicinity of the Wintersportarena Winterberg ski area and the ski rental is 100 meters away. It is also just a stone's throw from the Adventure Mountain Cap with panoramic bridge, bobsleigh track, bike park, summer toboggan run and climbing park, and to the Rothaarsteig. The Winterberg golf course is just 2 km away. The center of Winterberg, with numerous shops, restaurants and cafes, can be reached in about 15 minutes.
