Thank you so much for staying with us. Glad everything was clean and really nice for you. we take great pride in cleanliness and that is something that we do have control over with our properties. This property is located by the main highway for easy access on and off of the highway and is by everything to do in the area. The golf course turn off road is across the street from this property however there are no properties here on the golf course. The hot tub is secluded with a “privacy fence” not secluded without next-door neighbors in the area. It’s very rare to find any properties here to be secluded by itself since most every property here is built on top of one another in some form or fashion. You would be very lucky to find a secluded property all by itself. If you do happen to find one it will not be close to anything to do in the area and you will have to drive at least 20 to 45 minutes to get to everything to do here right by the lake and mountain fork river where this property is conveniently located. This property is one of the closest properties to the golf course so the description is accurate of its location and what it has to offer. Sorry for the miss information that you may have read into in the description but the description of this property is accurate. This property is also located on Google Maps with a clear view of the location and where it is located next to Highway 259 by the golf course turn off road. In the future I highly suggest looking at the physical address before making your reservation so that way you will know exactly where you are staying before you stay and rate a property as low as you have with this one. Location is irreplaceable and this property is very special to be so close to everything here within just minutes away. We hope you had a great time while you were here!

Dan, thank you for staying with us. I want to clear a few things up for our readers with this review. You are right about this, this is an older property and is more of a cabin that you find in the woods so those are in fact natural smells you smelled. The hot tub however IS exclusively with this property ONLY and is not in any shape form or fashion shared as a community hot tub in any way which we do have this listed In the marketing as well to clear up any confusion before guests make their initial reservation. There is a stone concreted walkway from the front porch to around the side of the cabin and to the hot tub of the last 10 feet away from the back of the cabin for our guests to easily walk down which is also pictured in the photo gallery showing the hot tub enclosed with privacy fencing and a covered roof. The highway is in the front of the property for making it easy access in and out from the property without driving down long lengthy dirt roads and we have found a lot of our returning guests love the easy in and out access next to everything to do in the area. A lot of properties here do not have that convenience since most roads here are not as easily traveled with rough terrain and can be very hard on lower riding vehicles like normal city cars and some pick up trucks. The directions take you straight to the property address, It’s just a little difficult to see late at night in the dark so next time when you do come back please try to come earlier in the day if you can to our properties or any property here in our area to make your travel destination a lot smoother and easier for you in the future. I was able to answer your phone call also to help assist you with making it to the property which was one driveway over from your first entrance off of highway 259. We are glad that you found the property very clean as we take great pride in cleanliness for all of our guests here with us. Marissa, thank you for all of these notable things left in this review. There are monthly and sometimes weekly maintenance checks. The property is thoroughly cleaned after each guests stay so we’re sorry to hear that you had an unpleasant experience. We will check into the cutting utensils to see about replacing them if needed. Hard to believe they would not cut tomatoes or an onion as they are fairly new metal cutting utensils... Glad we were able to take care of your other requests during your stay including the stopped up toilet that we paid for at our expense to a plumber to come out to help make your stay enjoyable. This property is extremely competitive on pricing and is in fact an older property however we take great pride in cleanliness and there are a lot of great qualities about this property, including being so close to things to do in the area with easy in and out access from the main highway right next to broken bow lake and mountain fork river and all other restaurants in the area. We provide manual instructions along with physical instructions for all of our guests to make traveling to the property Very easy. Sorry you had so much trouble. Hoping for a much better experience for you here in our area next time!

Sid, thank you so much for staying with us here at our property. I want to be able to explain a few things with you on your review for our property. There’s actually no electrical lighting installed throughout the interior of the hot tub only there is one light at the very bottom of the hot tub and it does come on and does the best that one light can do on a hot tub which does light up the hot tub itself. There are also lights that you can turn on all the way around the privacy fence of the hot tub as well for additional lighting there inside the hot tub room with the light switch provided if you would have wished to have had more lighting. I’m sorry you missed that but it was right inside the gate when you walk in by the hot tub. I’m very sorry about the short on towels and the sheets. We are training new cleaners and they must have missed putting those additional out for you. If you would have reached out to us during your stay I could’ve had someone come and would have happily provided you with more of what you needed to help make your stay as convenient and enjoyable as possible. I’m very sorry about that. The kitchen is furnished with a kettle, eating utensils, complementary paper towels, kitchen towels, complementary traditional filters for making coffee, and other items to help make your stay enjoyable. Not all properties provide additional items like this so we are very proud of being able to provide this for our guests here. This property does have Internet however we do not provide Netflix accounts for people to use nor do most properties here. All you would’ve had to have done is signed out of the Netflix account and re-signed in using your Netflix credentials account if you had one and then could have enjoyed watching any Netflix movie you would have wanted. You may have been using someone else’s Netflix or attempting to. If you ever have questions or concerns in the future please reach out to the manager of the property here through Vrbo and they can help better assist you in the future. Hi Michael, Thank you for staying with us. It seems you had some trouble finding the property. This property is actually fairly easy to find since it is right off of the main highway of 259 with physical and exact manual instructions that was in your traveler information section that was sent to you one week before your arrival. Those driving instructions will take you directly to the property with ease so I’m sorry you found it difficult to locate. Our helpline number is always available as well for questions or concerns with and for directions specifically if needed. As for the bedroom mattress it is not even a year old mattress bought at a local mattress store that sells high end mattresses that most properties here offer as well for their guests. I’ve personally felt and laid on this mattress and it’s a medium firm comfort level and is comfortable for that comfort level. The futon mattress folds out into a queen bed and is not a luxury mattress by any means but does a great job for providing two extra sleepers for this one bedroom property as good as a standard pull out mattress can be.
