Beautiful riverfront home in Sevierville with river access for fishing, swimming, and viewing from. Kayak and hammocks. Just minutes away from local attractions. 3 King beds, 1 queen bed and 1 queen sofabed, 2 full baths, kitchen and living room. Outside you'll enjoy unparalleled river views and access. We also have a tree swing, porch swing and hot tub for your enjoyment. We include one adult and one youth kayak.
to enjoy a scenic cruise down the river. This property is in a quiet neighborhood just minutes away from the Parkway. It is the perfect spot to be close to local attractions, but not in a high traffic area where you can unwind and enjoy scenic views of the river. Come see what made us fall in love with this area!

This location definitely gets a 10 out of 10. It was in the perfect location. My kids enjoyed the canoes. We have it in our plans to visit again.

Had a great time bonding with the family (3 generations, all under one roof). The property has an nice view of the river, it was quite serene. Kids enjoyed the water and adults enjoyed the hot tub. When staying here, as the listing states, bring bug repellent (the mosquitoes are very hungry)!

The rental was spacious and exactly as described! It was close to attractions but far enough away that it wasn’t in the midst of everything. Definitely a wonderful place to relax and unwind! Great communication with the hosts and they were very friendly and polite!

The place was very nice, it was really nice sitting near the river , making smores at the firepit. The hot tub was very enjoyable after long days in Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge. The beds were comfortable. Only negatives are the table in the kitchen was small, and there is not really any room to put a larger table; the washer/dryer was accessible only through the master bedroom or from outside, and the bathroom door does not lock. Minor inconveniences though, and we very much enjoyed our stay.

This place is amazing. It has plenty of room. The river in the back yard is awesome and an extra perk. We had to leave our cabin due to the AC going out, and Mrs. Lisa was more than happy to accommodate us. We loved being close to things we wanted to see. Liked that it was all one level due to my grandma traveling with us. Very quiet area and so peaceful while sitting on the back porch. We hope to book again!!@

The property was as advertised. I will accept responsibility for not asking more questions.My biggest disappointment was access to the river. We chose your property because in the pictures it seemed like you could walk out to the river on flat ground. My 86 yr. old Sis wanted to go fishing very badly. She was unable to fish from river because the steep bank to river was impossible for her to navigate. The.back yard and porch area could have used a lot more attention. All in all thank you for the use of your home.

The back porch on the river made the place memorable for our family elders annual gathering. (With our group, seats in the living room higher and less prone to butt sinking would've been an improvement. Also grab bars in the bathrooms would be a huge improvement).Lisa Marie was very responsive to a minor issue. The house is aged but we'll kept and adequately supplied. We'd recommend a stay here.

This was a very nice house! Was well maintained and clean.Lisa/John reached out to me after our stay regarding an issue with the hot tub cover. I sincerely appreciate our communication regarding said issues. It has brought to my attention that I need to be more observant regarding properties upon check-in and check out.I recommend anyone with large family vacation trips in mind to consider staying here! You won't be disappointed!

We came for a short stay and brought our dog with us. The property is perfect for a few days of relaxing by the river while the dog splashed in the water. Close enough to everything you want to see and do in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, but still quiet and peaceful. Great property and location

My husband & I love the smokey mountains and visit as often as possible. I grew up near Chattanooga TN and it's great to return to our roots and spend time with family. With our vacation home it makes it easier to enjoy a visit more often we hope to share the home we enjoy with you!

We were renting cabins and had some trouble with tight driveways and long drives back to them, so we looked for our own place. We enjoy seeing the leaves turn in the fall and all the concerts offered close by. We enjoy relaxing and watching the sunsets. Our favorite amenity is the hot tub. We love to go to several of the shows close by as well as the restaurants nearby. We're also just a few miles from The Island and the cool things it offers including The Wheel (Giant Ferris Wheel)

We love being in the natural wonder around the home. Having a hot tub on site is wonderful. We are close to restaurants, Shows & Museums. Our favorite restaurants are Apple Barn, Local Goat, Junction 35, & Blue Moose. Our favorite shows are the Stampede, Pirates, and Country Tonite
