It is situated in the heart of a vast landscaped garden spanning over 1,000 m² (a rarity in Saint Martin) featuring a variety of plant species: palm trees, apricot trees, arbutus trees, bougainvilleas, oleanders, olive trees, wisteria, hydrangeas… A bike shed is available near the entrance/lawn parking area, which is itself accessible via a lovely, quiet alley.

Cars (at least 2 parking spaces) can be parked for free on the property at the garden entrance (tight maneuvering required for very large cars). The villa is located within the city walls, an area not accessible without a resident pass (provided to guests), making it easy to park in the side streets at a reasonable weekly rate. All of Saint Martin, which is mostly pedestrian-friendly, is within walking distance of the villa. Supermarkets are a 5-minute bike or car ride just outside the village.
