The private, main 308 sq ft lanai has a comfortable sitting and dining area with a view of the pond, fountain, and golf course. There is an additional living area complete with an entertainment center, TV, and a queen sleeper sofa couch. The first-floor bedroom has a king-size bed, luxurious bedding, and a desk along with a fully updated, full bath, and a large washer and dryer.

On the 2nd floor, guests will find two large master ensuite bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and the other with 2 queen-size beds. All have new mattresses, bedding, and amenities. Each bedroom has full access to the 2nd, 133 sq ft lanai along with tvs.

This condo is located just a few steps away from the heated pool which offers abundant seating, a pool house, and a gas BBQ grill.

The condo includes all updated amenities; WiFi, 4 TVs, washer, dryer, fridge, electric stove and oven, microwave, and covered parking. Access to the private country club, restaurant, 36 holes of golf, tennis and pickleball center, and fitness center is available on a monthly fee, trial basis.
