With a floor area of 94 m², this accommodation, which can sleep up to 7 guests, is laid out as follows: a large living area with a sitting area, a dining area, a conservatory, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, a bathroom and a large garden where you can relax in the sunshine!

The single-storey house is laid out as follows:

Living area:
- A beautiful, light-filled living room with a sitting area featuring a double sofa bed, a coffee table and a TV, as well as a dining area with a table that seats up to 6 guests.
- A south-facing conservatory furnished with garden furniture and a large dining table.
- A fully equipped kitchen opening onto the living room: fridge, dishwasher, freezer, oven, induction hobs, microwave, toaster, kettle, Nespresso capsule coffee machine…

Sleeping area:
- Bedroom 1: a double bed (140 cm x 190 cm).
- Bedroom 2: a queen-size bed (160 cm x 200 cm).
- Bedroom 3: a bunk bed (sleeps 2) and a pull-out bed to double the width of the lower bunk.
- A bathroom with a bath, a washbasin, a heated towel rail and a hairdryer.
- Separate toilet.

Outside:
- A large, south-facing garden of approximately 400 m², furnished with garden furniture and a barbecue so you can enjoy a lovely meal in the sun!
- A garage used as a utility room is at your disposal. It is equipped with a food storage area, a fridge, and a washing machine and tumble dryer.
- The house has a garden shed where you’ll find the barbecue and outdoor furniture. You can also store bicycles there.
