A pleasant living room with HD TV, a comfortable 140×190cm sofa bed, and a dining area that can seat up to 4 people, ideal for meals or relaxing.
Fiber WiFi connection available throughout the apartment.


🍳 Modern & fully equipped kitchen

The kitchen allows you to cook easily on site: hotplates, refrigerator, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, crockery, utensils, and a full range of cookware.


🛏️ Sleeping area

A bright mezzanine bedroom (maximum height: 1,70m) equipped with a 140x200cm double bed, offering a cozy and relaxing atmosphere.



🛁 Bathroom

A functional bathroom with shower and toilet is at your disposal. The bathroom was refurbished in August 2026 for your comfort.
Sheets and towels are provided.
We provide soap and shower gel from the eco-friendly brand GREENLAB.

A small selection of courtesy items is available to get your stay off to a good start: pasta, rice, and basic essentials.
A few coffee and tea pods (in welcome quantities only).
