Renovated Fisherman's Cottage 200 meters from the Sea

This house was a crush! On the other hand, when we bought it there was a lot of work to be done. The structural work was done by professionals and the rest by us. It took us time but we didn't want an ordinary house. We wanted to keep the authenticity of this old fisherman's house. So we renovated it trying to combine the old and the modern as best as possible. We are very satisfied with the result, it's a warm house where you feel good!
The living room is very pleasant with its living area and a relaxing lounge area with its bar, a Sonos speaker to listen to your favorite songs.
The kitchen is well equipped, induction hob, oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, multifunction food processor and all the necessary utensils.
The master bedroom on the first floor has a private shower room.
The first floor is composed of 3 bedrooms with double beds and storage space and a shower room with WC.
Outside, a grass garden and a wooden terrace allow us to enjoy the sunny days!
On top of all this, the house is ideally located 200M from the port, the beach and the coastal paths.
