"øasis, villa near the beach with heated swimming pool

We would be happy to welcome you to our beautiful and bright island.<br><br>Our 3 charming new villas in Les Sables Vignier (west coast of the island) are waiting for you!<br><br>With a surface area of about 70 m2 each, with a small private pool for each house (4 x 2.5 m x 1.46 m depth = 10 m2) and 750 m. from one of the most beautiful beaches on the west coast of the island (facing New York as they say here), øcéane, øasis and øpaline are completely new (completed June 2020).<br><br>*****************************************************************************************<br><br>øasis is composed of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one of which is en-suite, a toilet, a living room with dining room, living room with sofa, an equipped kitchen (dishwasher) and a pantry in which the washing machine is located.<br>The villa has wifi* (see warning at the bottom of the page for those who would like to telework and video calls).<br>A private parking lot allows you to park your vehicle and your bicycles.<br>Outdoor shower.<br><br>Bed linen, towels (except beach towels) + dish towels are provided.<br><br>Travel cot and high chair available in each house as well.<br><br>80 m. from the house, there is a bakery with pizzas to take away from Easter. It is possible to rent bicycles also next to the houses.<br>All shops nearby in season.<br>Out of season, shopping can be done either at the market or at the Carrefour Contact in Chéray 2 minutes away, or in St Pierre d'Oléron. <br>700 m. restaurant "Les Sables" and grocery store.<br>900 m. the wellness center and Spa les Gros Joncs for a moment of relaxation.<br>2 kms away, the Domino market.<br><br>The geographical location of the houses is an ideal starting point to discover all the beauty and treasures of the Luminous Island that is Oléron.<br><br>Each villa has its own private swimming pool, secure and heated only from May to the end of September*.<br><br>Deposit required upon entry to the premises:<br>. €1500 (which will be returned to you within a legal period of 10 days maximum, if no damage has been caused) <br><br>Arrivals are from 5 p.m., (contact me if the house is ready, possibility to welcome you before) and departures before 10 a.m.<br><br>Welcome booklet at your disposal in the villa.<br><br>* EASTER AND ALL SAINTS' DAY HOLIDAY POOL: If weather conditions allow it (no temperatures below 15°C), we can exceptionally, on request and if we deem it possible, put the pool's heat pump back into service, for a flat rate of €80/week (for a minimum stay of 5 nights), which must be paid on arrival.<br><br>Wishing you a pleasant stay.<br><br>*WIFI network: it can sometimes be unstable despite a Netgear wifi router. During periods of high traffic in Oléron, the network can be saturated on the island. Our network makes it easy to chat and browse the internet. On the other hand, video calls remain unstable and can cut due to an overload of the home network, the fluidity of exchanges will not be guaranteed (the more devices are connected at the same time, the more the speed is shared, which causes interruptions).<br>For those who wish to telework, we recommend that they use and therefore provide an Ethernet cable to benefit from the best possible speed and avoid losses due to Wi-Fi.
