Our accommodations are close to the sea (beach on foot) and in a rural environment, in the middle of vineyards and woods on 8 hectares (house adjoining ours, but not overlooked), calm and relaxation guaranteed!<br>With a surface area of approximately 40 m2, it is perfect for a couple/couple with young children (2 years old max).<br> It is composed of a bedroom and a living room with small fitted kitchen and sofa, terrace.<br>Sheets, towels and dish towels provided except beach towels.<br>The shower room/toilet is accessible from the bedroom.<br>No cleaning fee, you will have to leave the accommodation clean and in the condition in which you found it (fridge and bins emptied, bed linen removed, cleaning done).<br>Wi-Fi internet available in the accommodation.<br><br>****************************************************************************************<br><br>Gîte "ETOILE DE MER" (we have 2 almost identical accommodations side by side but not overlooked, each representing about 40 m2).<br><br>Thus, we offer you a small part of our property nestled in the middle of the land on 8 hectares, 700 meters from the sea: a bedroom, a living room with equipped kitchen (with dishwasher and washing machine), a sofa, walled terrace with garden furniture and parking. Calm and relaxation guaranteed!<br><br>. The + POSSIBILITY OF WELCOMING YOUR HORSE IN OUR MEADOWS NEXT TO THE HOUSE (to be defined together according to a small daily fee)<br><br>. Ideal starting point for beautiful walks and for fishing enthusiasts.<br><br>. Sheets, towels and dish towels provided (except beach towels), as well as basic necessities and household products.<br><br>. We accept your pet (on prior request), for a flat rate of 30€/stay.<br><br>. We do not take a cleaning fee in addition, so we ask you to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the condition in which you found it.<br><br>. The cottage does not have a washing machine, for the duration of a week minimum, on request, a round of laundry (as I live next door) can be done with pleasure.<br><br>. Deposit requested upon entry into the premises: €350, not cashed, returned on your departure, if no disorder has been noted.<br>IF THE ACCOMMODATION IS NOT RETURNED AS IS, REQUIRING A CLEANING INTERVENTION, A DEDUCTION OF €50 ON THE SECURITY DEPOSIT WILL BE APPLIED.<br><br><br>NO POOL ACCESS (private)
