Welcome to our quaint, charming and lovely vacation home! Here you will enjoy the peace and amazing views of the mountains; perfect and marvelous getaway.
Cabin charm!! With irreplaceable views all around the complex. Close to Highway 40 and just 4 miles from Winter Park Ski Resort, parking to ski for the day is $20/day. The WINTER shuttle service is also right on the corner, visible from the unit, this will take you into town or directly to Winter Park Resort.
This Unit has 3 bedrooms each with its own FULL size bathroom! On the main floor of the unit, is the Master with a Queen size bed, private bath and private patio. The second bedroom on this floor, comes with twin beds and a full size hallway bathroom. The Upper Loft area is your second Master suite, with Queen size bed, private bath and a wet bar. You will find the stackable washer and dryer on this floor as well, for your use.
The unit sleeps 6 comfortably, but does offer a queen size sleeper sofa for other 2 guests. Fully stocked kitchen with all the necessities to have meals in during your stay, with the local Safeway grocery store conveniently 2 miles away. The location is also very close and convenient to the local restaurants as well.
This unit is clean and features all the amenities needed for your stay. It offers two great balconies, one off the living room with GREAT views: the other balcony off the master bedroom. You will also have access to the outdoor hot tub and exercise facility. This unit offers garage parking as well.
Stairs are involved. There is however, an unloading area around back to help get things in and out of the complex and drop off individuals.

It was a great place in a great location. Very close to the ski mountain and the shopping and town area. Perfect for us with our college aged kids. Everyone has their own space. Loved the games and puzzles!

We book this to spend Christmas with our son and girlfriend who live in Winter park. This condo is spacious and has everything you would need to cook. The bus for the resorts picks you up right in front. We will rent this again.

Very clean and appreciate having cable TV! The room numbering system is a bit confusing. I met another guest in the parking lot trying to find his room. The rooms are single or double digits not three digits as was given to me. Finally, the blinds behind the Living Room TV did not rotate and I had to manually rotate them closed

The condo was just what we needed for a weekend away! Great location, close to everything we needed. It has a very cozy feeling, love the fireplace, views, hot tub and has everything we needed in the kitchen. Communication with the owner was fabulous - questions before and during the trip. She is very accommodating! We definitely would recommend this place, and hope to return some day!

Excellent place

This place was perfect for our family of 5 including kids ages 2, 4, and 6. The place was very clean. Having the washer and dryer was amazing. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking meals in.

Hiking in Winter Park

This property is a nice value for the cost, comfortable family room, well stocked kitchen, nice beds. The condo was very clean. Nice views from balcony, very comfortable and cozy.

Family ski outing

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was a short drive to the town center and an easy drive to ski resort. Plenty of space for our family of four. While the unit we stayed in was a little dated, we had a comfortable stay with all of the essential items needed for cooking. Loved warming up by the fireplace after a day of skiing! Thank you.

Great Location

This was our first trip to Winter Park, and we wanted a place to stay that would be a perfect base camp for us, allowing us to make our own meals for breakfast and dinner. This place was perfect for us (a family of four - 2 adults and 2 adult children (22 and 20 years old). Lots of room to relax after long days of skiing. We were a short drive to Winter Park, which made it really convenient to drive to the lot every morning to gear up and ski all day.We were also close to Rocky Mountain National Park and took a day trip to hike and explore the park.Place is located a short drive from downtown Winter Park which made it convenient to explore the city and shop as well.

Winter Park Adventure

Inside the condo very clean. Outside after it snowed the parking lots and outside areas were not plowed or shoveled. Bus stop to area attractions is conveniently located at the end of the driveway.

Clean, Great Views and Right on the Bus Line

My family really enjoyed our stay here. The condo was clean and ready for our stay and they even let us check in a bit early. There was enough seating in the living room for everyone and it was nice having a decent size table to ear around. There are a ton of stairs coming up, but unloading and loading through the back of the building makes it very easy, as it cuts all but a half flight of stairs out. The bus line stops at the end of the parking lot, so that was fantastic! Our only negative was my husband and I thought the bed in the loft was too hard for our liking, but the kids twin beds were very comfy. I would book again and hopefully will be able to enjoy the outdoor hot tub.

Excellent location

The location of this property was very close to shops and restaurants, along with getting to WP. The property was a bit dated (which we could tell from the pictures), but pretty comfortable and allowed more light in than what the pictures show... we're fans of the natural light coming in.

Big snow

Big place for a decent price. 2BR and loft bedroom all with bathrooms is nice for adults or kids. Kitchen was lightly stocked with the basics. Short drive to Keystone or Mary Jane. We didn't use the shuttle but saw it several times.
