Basement Suite with Shared Pool

Vacation Rental in the basement suite of our principal residence. We are NOT affected by BC’s new vacation rental restrictions.

3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom basement suite w/ shared pool & trampoline & basketball stand. Our pool will be open May 15 - Sept 30. The pool isn’t heated, water temperature is subject to seasonal weather.

WARNING: We live on a busy street, there is alot of loud traffic and construction vehicles, you will hear traffic noises.

Please no partiers! This is a family friendly rental with children living in the upstairs suite. No pets/animals allowed in home or on the premises - no exceptions. You will be made to vacate if either of these two rules are broken.

Our suite sleeps 6 people comfortably, with 3 bedrooms and three queen beds. There are three TV’s in the suite, but NO CABLE television. Our TV’s have an Amazon firestick with access to our shared Netflix & Amazon Prime & Disney + & Sportsnet accounts for your use.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove and oven, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. We have a coffee maker and a Keurig for quick and easy drinks! We have supplied the kitchen with every cooking accessory you would ever need.

In one of the side yards… we have a inground 12 x 28 salt water pool. The pool is great for kids as the shallow end is 3 feet and the deep end is 5.5 feet. In the other fenced side yard, we have a spring free trampoline. Please note that all outdoor space is shared with us, the owners that live on site and any guests we are entertaining. We are located on a busy trafficked street, please be aware you will hear traffic while sitting on the outdoor patio, in the front and side yards. 9:00AM – 9:00PM pool and front yard patio hours as we would like to be respectful to all, including our neighbors. Please no partiers - this is a family friendly rental.

The half bathroom is in the utility room along with a washer, dryer, gas furnace, hot water tank.

We live above in the above suite. You will hear footsteps and squeaky floors above you. The suite has a sound and fire barrier between the floors, but you will hear the normal noises of a busy household and working family. We have a 15 year old girl and 11 year old boy that go to school Monday to Friday and we are out the door at 8:15 AM. We will be as quiet and respectful as possible, but please be aware you will hear us at any hour of the day. Because of this, we have priced this suite accordingly.

There is a Wyze camera outside overlooking the road/parking spot and a doorbell camera at the main door.
