Located right in the heart of Royan, on a very quiet street, this bright 1950s-era house can accommodate up to 6 people.
A fenced-in backyard with a slightly bohemian vibe is the perfect spot to enjoy peaceful moments of relaxation.
You won’t need a car—everything is within walking distance (bakery, market, pharmacy, café, beach, newsstand, brasserie…).
Note: From February 20, 2022, through April 8, 2022, the house will be undergoing renovations to create a modern interior.

The Accommodation
After passing through a small garden, you’ll enter the house through the front door. In the entryway on the left, the living area features a sofa bed (140-size), a TV, and ADSL Wi-Fi. Opposite, the first bedroom faces the street and has two 90-size beds and a closet. A second bedroom, on the right with a view of the garden, is equipped with a 140-size bed and storage space. To the right as you exit is a bathroom with a window, and next to it, a separate toilet.
The kitchen, on the left, features ample storage space and everything you need to prepare your meals. In this room, you’ll find a dishwasher, a washer and dryer, and two refrigerators with freezer compartments. You’ll also find a drip coffee maker, a kettle, a small oven, and a toaster. To round out the space, there’s a table perfect for enjoying meals with 6 to 8 people. You’ll enjoy the view of the garden through two large picture windows that open directly onto this green space, which is furnished with a garden table and six chairs.
Smoking is not permitted inside the house, and pets are not allowed.
Linens are not included in the price but can be provided upon request for an additional fee; these are hotel-quality linens laundered professionally. Duvets and pillows are provided.
Beach and/or pool towels are available for rent (100 x 200 / 500 grams).
The accommodations are not suitable for people with limited mobility.

----PLEASE NOTE: Any arrival after 8:00 PM and before 10:00 PM will incur an additional charge of 30€ to be paid on site. From 10:00 PM to midnight, arrivals will incur an additional charge of 50€ to be paid on site. No check-out before 6:00 AM.
From 6:00 AM to 8:00 AM, check-out will incur an additional charge of 30€.

General location: Royan is a lively, family-friendly seaside resort. The region’s beautiful beaches are nearby (Pontaillac, Saint-Palais, the Côte Sauvage), a golf course is 20 minutes away, the “Most Beautiful Villages of France” are nearby (Talmont-sur-Gironde, Mornac-sur-Seudre, Brouage), Île d’Oléron is 40 minutes away, and nearby attractions include Planète Exotica, La Palmyre Zoo, the Train des Mouettes, and the Cordouan Lighthouse.
