Was a nice condo, close to everything. The carpets in bedrooms could use cleaning, other than that was clean.

Overall it was very nice, accommodating and relaxing. The home was clean and well maintained and the beds were very comfortable. Our only complaint was an issue not related to the actual home, but rather use of the pool. Several older adults (4 ladies) to be exact didn't hide their displeasure when my 4 daughters and their husbands (all adults in their 20s and 2 active duty Marines), who behave well joined the pool area. Then last evening we were again using the pool when another family joined with no reason the area couldn't be shared, but instead, we were notified that one of them was racist against white people and we therefore were the bigger adults and left the pool area not wanting to be in that environment. Branson itself was wonderful to us, we had a wonderful home to stay in, but we just didn't feel welcome using the pool.

Some surprises (disappointments)

The property layout and location was as advertised. The office check in was as expected. Disappointments:1. The Air conditioning was terrible. The downstairs was comfortable, but the upstairs was hot. HVAC needs balancing? Attic crawl space needs insulation? 2. Bed in downstairs bedroom sounds like a squeaky wood floor whenever someone sits on it or rolls over. 3. Kitchen did not have frying pans, sugar, spices, kitchen tongs, kitchen sponge. We bought all that and left it there. 4. The garage door opener for the car didn't work. 5. The grill propane tank was empty after a short use.

Annual family vacation

Loved how spacious this was! I was upset that I couldn’t get the fireplace to work! Only a few minor maintenance things but overall this place is really nice and we will stay here again!

6 siblings, cousin and one Aubt and Uncle spent a week enjoying each others company. We did three activities as a group before choosing individual venues. This house was just perfect for all of us. I was delighted that it was so well appointed.

KANAKUK CAMP, FAMILY FUN

Reserved this spacious townhouse with two car garage this summer for my large family get together. This is the first year I have reserved such a large rental in Branson but having 5 bedrooms & 5 baths was really nice! The open space of the kitchen with the dining area & living room provided us plenty of room to visit & watch the children play. This is also the first year I have reserved a place close to Kanakuk camps, town & all that the area has to offer. Every day was full with so many activities!! That being said, after returning home I decided to read ALL the reviews. Many concerns listed in reviews, some a year earlier, were concerns I had, which tells me that these had NOT been addressed by Thousand Hills Management. I believe having reserved what was to be such a nice place & paying such a large amount$$ for 7days/6nites I expected things to be in order, supplies checked, grill in working order, dishes/pans clean, Just over all clean! But ants were all over counter tops! NO wash clothes. NO dish towels, 1rag. 2 kitchen trash bags, etc. Overall low supplies! Oval crock pot/round lid! Pans were put up with food still on sides. Roasters were rusted. The grill was missing a gasket but Willis came & saved supper!! The master bdroom headboard squeaked with every move/breath! And the downstairs floors were terribly dirty, leaving our feet or socks black. Floors had been swept but certainly NOT mopped with clean water! Dryer lint was all over floor inside the closet.

Family

The stay was nice , but for a family of 10 there is not much comfortable chairs . We could not leave any kind of food on the counter such as candy the ants was terrible , our feet was black after walking across the floor and there was blood on one of the comforters on the bed I slept in . I don’t normally complain but these are things that the owner needs to know and we pd way to much not to have clean condo as well as a safe one ( such as blood )

Nice quiet area, needs updated

Our trip in general was great, lots to do in Branson and close to this VRBO location, we fought ants the whole time in most all areas. Very limited supplies left for a 6 night stay for 8 adults. We had to go buy a lot of stuff that I felt should have been supplied basic everyday items. Nice quiet area but inside out dated.

Branson Townhouse

We enjoyed our stay. The property is exactly as described on the listing. It was nice to have a bedroom and bathroom for each couple. The location was great and close to all the attractions in Branson. The only small complaints we had were that there were no kitchen towels and the carpet throughout the townhouse appeared to be dirty.

Excellent for our needs

We had a very good stay with older parents along with 4 siblings and spouses. Was close for entertainment venues and easily accessible for all. Great kitchen with plenty of dishes for our group.

Compliment

We found we did not have propane to grill 7 expensive steaks we just purchased. We called the office, and before we knew it maintenance came took old propane tank, and replaced it with a new tank, even lighting it for us ready to cook. We were impressed. The handle on microwave fell off. It had been glued several times. We called to office to report it, and suggested they replace the microwave. Not for us but for the next guests.

The Townhouse/Condo was excellent for our family. Our only issue was not enough paper towels or bathroom tissue, but that was quickly taken care of. Excellent stay!

Family Reunion

We had so much fun in Branson and the house was perfect for the nine of us. We were able to relax and had plenty of space for visiting. The house was clean and comfortable.
