From the time we booked the property until we checked out, the communication with the owners was great. The house was spotless when we checked in. It was well stocked with paper products, quality bath towels, water, and snacks. It was the perfect locale for our visit to Ft Worth as it was easy to get Dickies Arena and many great area restaurants.

The house made our group feel at home. The kitchen was well stocked for a group of women cooks and bakers to enjoy the whole weekend. The house is so spacious with convenient bathrooms in some of the rooms. The parking made us feel safe and secure. Thank you to the host that would respond so quickly to my questions. Thank you!

We had a lovely stay at the property. We were there for the NCAA National Intramural Tennis tournament which was held at TCU. Great location for what we needed and very clean home. We had great communication with the host. We held a team dinner for our players one night and had plenty of room for everyone. As a couple of "team moms" we loved the kitchen space to prepare food for our players. Would definitely stay here again for any needs around the TCU/Stockyards area.

Host very responsive and helpful! Master bedroom king bed was extremely comfortable as was bed in room 2. The added snack treats & coffee amenities were a bonus! We def will stay here again in future visits to area if home is available.

Enjoyed the spacious rooms. Our immediate family of 14 had dinner together one evening with ample seating. Hosts almost immediately responded to queries. Would stay here again. History of the 100 year old house would be interesting to read.

The house was very clean and had plenty of room for us to spread out. There were 4 bedrooms (not rooms made to be a bedroom), which were very roomy. The house was easy to find and was centrally located to everything on our agenda. Kevin was quick to answer any concerned we had. We will definitely stay here again.

Great for Ling Weekend with Friends

We greatly enjoyed our stay here. There were 7 of us total, and we all had plenty of room to spread out and/or gather as we wanted. Check in was easy and house was clean.
