Sandbrook 7, a 5 bedroom townhome with 4 full baths is perfect for Lake and Mountain fun, golf ,hiking, swiming, kayaking, fishing and olympic sites. Relax in the Hot tub on the secluded deck. There are 3 large King bedrooms ; plus a family suite with a King bedroom and bedroom with 2 twins. A game room with Superchexx and foosball and 70" TV . Also relax or watersport at the Clubs lake beach with included 3 kayaks and 2 SUP's. My home part of the Whiteface Club Resort which sits on Lake Placid. It sits adjacent to the Whiteface Club golf course and 4 other Championship courses are a short drive away. Discount rates at WFC $80 greens fees with cart available.

This property is the best rental my family has ever rented!! Fully equipped with everything you need, you don't need to bring anything besides your clothes. Location is excellent, in-house games are fantastic, fireplace, hot tub, everything is the best!! We had everything we needed for a wonderful family vacation! The house was set up for 4 adult couples to each have their own space and our two grandchildren to stay in their own space. The owners are very responsive and we had a terrific time!

Nice large property in excellent location at Whiteface Club. Fully equipped with kayaks and SUP, hot tub and stocked kitchen. A little hiccup with property not being cleaned when we arrived, owner got quick resolution. Small beach but perfect for the grandchildren.

Great Lake Placid Stay

This property far exceeded our expectations! This home was bountifully and beautifully appointed! We cooked meals 4 out of 6 nights because the kitchen was so well stocked! This was the perfect place to stay with our adult children for a lovely ski getaway between Christmas and New Years. The hosts were very helpful and accommodating.

Wonderful private townhome

Our family had a great time at Sandbrook7! The house was clean, had fantastic amenities and was laid out perfectly for our family. The hot tub and babbling brook out back were the icing on the cake for us nature lovers. A great home in a great location!

Best vacation house ever.

Our family had the best time and the house was big enough for us all. We especially enjoyed the kayaks and paddle boards. By communicating via phone and email with the owner, Pat, before arriving we knew a little bit about each other and I think that is important for both renter and rentee. We would definitely go back sometime.

Family fun in Lake Placid

I booked the Sandbrook 7 for my parents, myself, and my kids for 10 days this summer. The home was very comfortable (loved the beds!). They thought of everything to make our vacation easy. We loved the location too. Pat also went above and beyond sending me an extensive list of recommended activities for my kids. I would highly recommend the Sandbrook 7!

Wonderful wedding weekend

We had a wonderful stay! The unit is clean, comfortable, well laid out and included everything we needed and more. The area is beautiful with lots to do. It was especially nice for our extended family because we were able to rent many of the nearby units and spend time together. We were able to walk to the wedding and the reception which was a huge plus. I would highly recommend this area and this home! Our only disappointment were the community rules. There is a great deck, hot tub and fire pit all overlooking a babbling brook - however we were not able to enjoy them because of the restricted hours of use. We understood how those rules came into effect as units are very close - but we were disappointed.

We have tried to make this a fun and very user friendly vacation home. Kayak or SUP on Lake Placid, Golf the adjacent Whiteface Club championship course, Tennis courts, three great restaurants in walking distance.
Relax in the hot tub. Drinks on the decks overlooking the mountain stream.
For hikers the 46 high peaks are just a car ride away. Do not want to get in the car, there are several hikes right from the house. Take the short hike up to the Lean-to and have lunch or continue on up to Mackenzie mountain peak and back home through the lake home owners trail. Even a lazy walk to town through the woods , make the stop at the Dack Shack for breakfast, lunch or dinner or even cocktails and then back home.
