Arnem is a bright flat ideally located near Rennes train station, the Théâtre National de Bretagne, Place Saint-Charles and the metro line A, which will allow you to reach the hypercentre of Rennes or the train station in 5 minutes.
With its 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, it can comfortably accommodate 4 people. A private parking space (closed box) is rented with the flat.

On the ground floor of the condominium, the flat of 70m2 is composed as follows:
- a living room with a 3-seater sofa, 2 armchairs and a television,
- a functional and equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, kettle, hotplates, Nespresso machine, coffee machine, dishwasher...) with a table for 4 people,
- a first bedroom with a 160cm wide bed and television
- a first bathroom with Italian shower, rain shower and a large storage space (separate toilet)
- a second bedroom with a 160cm wide bed, television, storage cupboard and adjoining shower room with walk-in shower and rain shower.

Please note that the windows in the kitchen/living room do not open.

Whether you are in Rennes on business, on a family holiday or on a weekend break, you will be given a personal welcome by a member of the Cocoonr Rennes agency who will introduce you to the accommodation, the surroundings and answer any questions you may have.

Sheets and towels of 4/5 star hotel quality are provided, as well as tea towels, bath mats and some welcome products. The beds are made up on arrival, so all you have to do is put your bags down and enjoy your stay in the accommodation. Wifi access is free.

Buses and the metro are less than 5 minutes away on foot. The nearest station is Charles de Gaulle station, 1 stop away from the hypercentre of Rennes. Rennes train station is a 5-minute walk away. If you come by car, a private parking space in a closed box is reserved for you.

Flexible reception for your comfort: You have the option of being physically greeted by the Cocoonr team, the agency specialized in “ready-to-live-in” rentals, or of arriving independently. In both cases, access to the accommodation is possible from 4pm. If you choose to arrive on your own, please note that the keys are kept in a code-secured area 550 meters from the property, about an 8-minute walk.
