Garden by the Sea is the perfect Oregon Coast getaway with distant ocean views, garden patio Hot Tub and just a short walk to the beach! Nestled on its own private garden lot with a large yard surrounded by trees and flowers, and small lily pond. The living area is perfect for family gatherings, rest and relaxation. House is freshly updated with beautiful, comfortable furnishings that will make you truly feel at home. Large kitchen and living room in modern open space with high ceilings.

*Rates reflect an occupancy of four with additional cost of $25.00/night for each additional guest.

GROUND FLOOR
Ground floor includes three bedrooms, two full bathrooms and laundry room.

Captains Master Bedroom:
King size bed with views of trees, garden and yard. Small attached porch with seating in the summer. Large smart tv with Roku, full closet with drawers and ceiling fan. Full bathroom attached with claw foot bathtub/shower, sink, and toilet.

Mermaid Bedroom:
Queen size bed with views of trees and yard. Large smart tv with Roku and full closet with drawers. Full bathroom attached with spacious stand up shower, sink and toilet.

Row Boat Bedroom: Twin bed with second twin trundle bed. View of porch and garden. Dresser.

Laundry room with iron and ironing board.


SECOND FLOOR
Stairs to second floor include two flights of stairs with baby gate at top.

Second floor is a large open space with high ceiling including living room, dining room and kitchen. Second floor also includes a half bath, Side Room and porch with BBQ and seating for four.

Side Room:
Large sliding barn doors for privacy. Includes a small table with seating for four and a Sofa Sleeper that converts into a queen bed. Open loft view looks over stairway down to first floor with blinds for privacy.

Half Bathroom: Sink, toilet and small table.

Kitchen: Lots of counter space with large marble island and farm style sink. Large Appliances include glass cooktop, double stack dishwasher, large refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, oven and large microwave. Small Appliances include Keurig coffee maker, drip coffee maker, coffee grinder, crockpot, toaster, hand mixer, bullet blender and a large pot for crab. Distant ocean view from sink.

Dining Room: Large farm style dining table with seating for eight set in open space between kitchen and living room.

Living Room: Large comfortable sectional. Leather lazy boy chair with ottoman. Large Smart TV with Roku and sound bar. Plush living room rug. High ceilings with fan. Lots of windows looking over trees, yard, garden and distant ocean views.

Deck: Steps from the kitchen with BBQ, small table and seating for four. Wind protected with plexiglass allowing for great views of the trees, yard and distant ocean.


OUTDOOR AREAS

Front Porch: Three steps lead up to large front porch. Seating area to enjoy the garden with seating for four and a small table.

Side Brick Patio: Hot tub/Spa surrounded by the garden. Small area to set up plastic patio chairs and outdoor propane fireplace (provided).

Large yard and garden: Large maintained yard perfect for yard games.
There is always something in bloom in the garden: lavender, hydrangea, jasmine, princess flower and more. Lily pond with lily flowers in season. Although there are hedges and fences surrounding many portions of the property the yard is NOT securely surrounded by fence.

Parking: Driveway can accommodate four medium vehicles. Two vehicles can park with not hinderance. Two more can park behind those. Parking area can accommodate a boat trailer but please speak with host prior to booking if you plan to bring one. There is no parking or clearance for RVs. There is no garage parking.

Situation of House and Lot: Front of property is set along a county road with a large separating hedge. Large yard and line of trees set on the back of property. Dropping down from the line of trees is Hwy 101 that can only be seen from 2nd floor windows. Neighbors to the north are separated by a Lily Pond and neighbors to the south are separated by a large hedge.

Walk To Beach: It is only about a five minute walk to Nesika Beach. Walk includes about a block and a half walk along county road, walk down a narrow dirt path and crossing Hwy 101. Map provided at house. Please keep in mind that Hwy 101 can be busy in the summer while crossing and dirt path is not maintained and can be muddy/slippery in the winter. Beach is also just a short drive away.

Location: Garden by the Sea is located 8 miles north of Gold Beach in the Nesika Beach/Ophir area.

* Yard maintenance crew is scheduled to arrive and work on property every Tuesday between 11:00-3:00. Guest must allow maintenance crews to be on property and park in driveway.

* Internet is provided by Charter which is the best provider in the area. Please be aware during the winter inclement weather can effect service.

Cameras and Security: There is a camera with audio capabilities located OUTSIDE on front porch next to front door, facing away from property. Audio, both input and output, can be activated if security concerns arise or if the Bell Button is pressed.
