Host and family were very welcoming and friendly. Every time in passing, the host checked that everything was ok or if anything was needed. The unit is the whole basement of a very large house. Very spacious. Unit is supplied with everything you need. TV subscriptions were very extensive. I found more options than I could watch in a year.The picture of the entry way stairs is misleading it is NOT as steep or tight as it looks in the picture. It's a hard angle to get a good picture of.

We stayed in the basement of this home and it was very welcoming and comfortable. The check-in through to check-out was great. The owners were very responsive! It was in a nice neighborhood as well. The Host had motion lights that came on as we walked around the house to the basement area, that was very nice! We had a parking spot in front of the garage too! We slept very well here, the bed was comfortable.

Feels like a house.

The protperty is in a good area, i found out later that Aurora is mostly scketchy as hell, but this place is in a nice community, clean and tidy. The basement feels like its own house, spacious for even a larger group. Its also only about 30 minutes from the airport so thats nice. And like 4 minutes to a safeway as well. 10/10 would reccomend. If i ever come back to dallas I will Make sure to check its availability.

Nice and cozy

My daughter and I stayed in this basement apartment for over a week in the summer. It was nice and cool. Almost too cool at some points but just the right amount of cool at other moments. Very clean and the family above is quiet and very friendly. The apartment is huge. Lots of space. The beds are super comfortable. They are big and firm and not warped on one side or on the edges. These are nice mattresses. Just watch out for the bed frame in the first bedroom. I stubbed my shins on it more times than I can count. Other than that it was fantastic.

Really nice

I enjoyed my stay tremendously. I was working for an extended period and it suited me well. I injured my back the week before I left and the stairs became an issue for me. It’s best to remember that you are renting the basement of someone else’s home. There is access to your space from their portion of the home, and you will occasionally hear them. If that is going to bug you, this is not the place for you. They are super nice people and always willing to help if you need something. I would stay here again.

This location is ideal for getting around Denver and the 'burbs. The apartment is much roomier than I expected, and the beds are super comfy. We were there for Christmas and the office provided a perfect space to hide Santa's stuff. The small kitchen was still large enough to prepare and serve a prime rib dinner! Belete is a gracious host and quickly responded to any questions. I chose this apartment because the pictures showed a dining table with five chairs and I was making dinner for 5. When I got there, there were only 4, so we used the desk chair. Everything else in the apartment was true to the pictures. Outdoor lighting was a problem. There were no lights on the front of the house. And the lighting leading to the unit is on a motion sensor and only stays on for about 5 seconds . . . dangerous when we were coming back after dark. But I would stay here again if the lighting is fixed.

Visited Denver to watch Street Outlaws No Pep Kings at Bandimere Speedway in Morrison.

Had amazing time! House was super clean and the owners were very attentive to assure our comfort and all our needs were met. Very convenient location to visit popular destinations. I will definitely recommend this place to stay while in Denver. Thanks so much for your hospitality!

Lovely basement apartment in terrific location

We stayed 5 days in this terrific apartment. It’s much larger than the pictures imply, and its central location makes getting around Denver a breeze. The owner responds quickly to any questions or concerns. Access to the unit and parking for our car were clearly explained. We expect to stay in this lovely apartment the next time we’re visiting family in the Denver area.

We enjoyed our stay!

We traveled to Denver for a softball tournament and this property was perfect for our family of 4. Full kitchen stocked with all the essentials. Super comfortable beds, easy access and your own designated parking space. I was amazed at how quiet it was. Great communication with property owner too. Safe neighborhood, centrally located to lots of shopping, grocery stores, restaurants, and downtown Denver. Could have been more clean, and it's pretty dated, but it's also a more economical option for travelers on a budget. Overall great experience that I would highly recommend!

Place was in great shape, and owner was very accommodating and kind. Exactly as listed, property is very clean and easy to get into. Good location for travel around Colorado in a nice neighborhood

Excellent stay close to Denver

My daughter and I stayed here while visiting the Denver area. The unit is much larger than the pictures in the listing show. It was very clean and private. Some nice touches included bath sandals and bottled water in the fridge. We would definitely stay here again.
