This tower style villa is located on the outskirts of the small town of Benidoleig on the Costa Blanca. In a secluded location, you are offered a panoramic view of the picturesque Orba valley and the mountain landscape beyond, as well as a breathtaking panoramic view of the Mediterranean Sea to the east. You can walk to the typical Spanish town of Orba with restaurants and bars. The finca has 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. An internal staircase leads to a spacious living room with an open kitchen. From the living room you can access a naya (covered terrace) and the pool area with sun terrace and barbecue area.

Amazing stay at Villa Silencio

We had 2 fabulous weeks in Benedoleig, the house was well equipped with everything you could possibly need, powerful aircon worked well as the Temperature was greater than 40° some days .The pool was the highlight for our family and enjoyed many barbeques poolside.We would highly recommend this house,the property manager Manuel was welcoming and helpful,both he and the owner responded very quickly to any contact from us.

We stayed here for 10 days in June 2023 and had a lovely stay. The villa is set up in the hills and is extremely private and very quiet. The pool is beautiful we had it heated for our stay and it was perfect 👌. The host was extremely helpful and communication was excellent. You do need a car to enjoy the local area but don’t let this put you off as there are some beautiful places to explore. Would definitely stay here again thank you ☺️

Secluded with great views.

Brilliant location, enjoyed our stay. Air con a blessing, smart tv useful and wi-fi worked fine. Firm, comfy bed. Car essential. Loved the pool. My wife has some severe allergies so we have to self cater. The villa was very well equipped with quality items.

If you want privacy and lovely views this Idyllic villa is for you.

We had 3 glorious weeks in this wonderful villa. It was a pleasurable experience from start to finish. The owners were always quick to respond to any questions and provided lots of useful information on the local area and Inka the caretaker was friendly and helpful. The villa is extremely well equipped and the bed in the master bedroom particularly comfortable! In addition there are some lovely walks in the vicinity of the villa and whilst hilly the views are well worth it. We are already considering booking again for next year!

Breathtaking view and tranquil

If you are after a get away from stress and unwind holiday, then this place is for you. Kai was extremely quick with his correspondence, usually answering within an hour. He answered all my queries and put me at ease as I had not booked a villa through homeaway before. He gave me Inka's (the key holder) contact details, she was also fabulous and spoke brilliant English. I had sent a text from England giving a rough idea of arrival (she responded immediately) Then I contacted her from Spain and she met us at the villa.(Don't worry about the small track down to the villa, it is fine and this is why it is so quiet) The journey from Allicante was easy, we booked a hire car through centauro, which I would also recommend. It took about an hour and cost 9 euros on tolls. Spanish roads are excellent, quiet with calm drivers and not a pothole in sight! Inka showed us around and told us everything we needed to know. We gave her the deposit and agreed to pay her the 90 euros for cleaning at the end of the holiday. Everything we needed was at the villa from a smart tv which we could watch our net flicks on, dvd player (there was even a wii) and good internet, to pool inflatables and beach equipment. The pool was fantastic and the veiw from the balcony area absolutely stunning, a great place for breakfast, lunch or evening meal. Beaches were great, between 15 to 30 minutes drive and numerous supermarkets selling amazing seafood. I would be more than happy to return here one day for another chilled out rest.

Mit Ankunft Urlaub! Wir waren zum 2. Mal in der Villa Silencio und es war wieder unglaublich erholsam. Die wunderschön am Hang gelegene Villa bietet einen bezaubernden Blick über ein weites Tal bis zum Meer, die Berge gegenüber wechseln im Tagesverlauf die Farben. Jan hat uns an der Villa begrüßt und das Haus gezeigt. Spätestens beim Heraustreten auf die Naya (Terrasse) fällt sämtlicher (Arbeits)Stress ab und wie automatisch startet ein völlig entspannter Urlaubsmodus. Der Pool ist groß, ausgezeichnet sauber und bietet Erfrischung und oder einen kühlen Leseort. Der Gasgrill ist top, wie auch Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Klimaanlagen und die generelle Ausstattung. Danke an die Hosts Kai und Anushka sowie an Jan vor Ort für die Freundlichkeit und verlässliche Erreichbarkeit.

Le logement est situé dans un environnement très calme. Aucun voisin à proximité. La maison est très bien équipée. La vue est superbe. Manuel, le contact sur place, est très sympa et réactif. A recommander.

Perfekt zum Ausspannen

Traumhafte Unterkunft mit Pool und Blick über das Tal und bis zum Meer Vom Gastgeber gab es im Vorfeld gute Infos. Über- und Rückgabe liefen routiniert, schnell und problemlos. Wie bei allen professionell gemachten Inseraten, wirkt auf den Fotos alles etwas größer als es tatsächlich ist. Wir waren nur zu zweit. Ich könnte mir auch einen Urlaub zu viert vorstellen. Für sechs wäre es aber zu eng. Das Haus wird wohl schon lange vermietet. So ist alles da, was man braucht. Das Haus liegt oben am Hang. Daher der tolle Ausblick. Wer wandern will, sollte sich Kräfte für die letzten paar hundert Meter aufsparen. Das Haus ist an der Nordseite, d.h. man hat nicht nur Sonne, sondern irgendwo auch immer etwas Schatten. Und durch die Nähe zum Meer geht meistens etwas Wind. Die Zufahrt ist nichts für tiefer gelegte Autos. Das Haus steht frei, also keine direkten Nachbarn, die einen stören könnten - oder umgekehrt. Es ist die ideale Unterkunft, ob man sich sonnen möchte, lieber im Pool planscht oder gemütlich auf der Terrasse essen möchte.

Villa Silencio.

We loved our stay at Villa Silencio,the peace,privacy and tranquility was exactly what we required,the Villa is in a lovely location and within easy reach of supermarkets,bars , restaurants and the coast,the weather was very hot during our stay,the air conditioning was very much needed,the pool was great and in constant use, Inka was lovely and on hand if we needed anything,would love to visit again. Schöner Urlaub am Mittelmeer

Wir haben 2 wundervolle Wochen in der Villa verbracht. Alles war wie im Inserat beschrieben. Der Pool ist ein Traum und eine gute Abkühlung bei der spanischen Hitze. Klimaanlage funktionierte einwandfrei und alles was braucht war vorhanden. Buchung und Betreuung vor Ort waren professionell und sehr freundlich.

Erholung pur und mit traumhafter Aussicht!

Wir haben zu fünft (Eltern und 3 Kinder 17-20 Jahre) 2 wunderschöne Urlaubswochen in der Villa Silencio verbracht. Bereits vor dem Urlaub hatten wir eine freundliche und verlässliche Korrespondenz mit den Vermietern Kai und Anushka, die uns zur Vorbereitung auf den Urlaub dann noch einen guten Urlaubsguide per Mail geschickt hatten. Vor Ort wurden wir von Ingrid in das Haus eingewiesen, die auch während der 2 Wochen immer für Fragen und Tipps erreichbar war. Die Villa ist gut ausgestattet, wir haben nichts vermisst. Was auf den Fotos versprochen wird, haben wir auch so vorgefunden - sogar noch schöner: Es ist ein absoluter Genuss, auf der Terrasse oder direkt am Pool zu sitzen und zu frühstücken, zu grillen (super Gasgrill), zu lesen oder zu spielen - mit diesem wunderschönen Blick bis zum Meer. Der saubere Pool bringt Abkühlung und Entspannung zu jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit (beleuchtet). Die Nähe zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Stränden, Bergtouren, Märkten und Restaurants wurde in vorangegangenen Bewertungen schon treffend gewürdigt. Also: volle Punktzahl für die Villa Silencio, Kai & Anushka sowie Ingrid - und klare Empfehlung als Urlaubsort !

Finally ... A break in covid times

We really needed a break and rest after more than a year of covid. Finally, after having to cancel in 2020 we were able to spend our fortnight in casa silencio. We want to thank you Kai, for your kind and understanding attitude towards our first covid-cancellation. We enjoyed our stay very much and we have really appreciated the house and your suggestions on the "to sees" ... .

IDEAL PARA DESCANSAR

Inka nos recibió fenomenal. Es una chica encantadora y servicial. La casa está muy bien situada y orientada. La ubicación en la ladera de una montaña te permite disfrutar de unas maravillosas vistas. Al estar sin vecinos alrededor tienes mucha intimidad y silencio. Las playas están relativamente cerca y hay un centro comercial a 10 minutos con numerosos restaurantes. Sin duda repetiremos!!

Villa Silencio

Wonderful views great pool and very well equiped villa. Beautiful area Benedolaig and surrounding countryside a real joy. Went everyday to the sea and had a brilliant day in Valencia is which is 50 minutes on the train. I would recommend Villa Silencio dogs barking in the valley below otherwise very good. .

Villa Silencio aptly named

We had a lovely week’s holiday here. It is beautiful and so quiet, with amazing views, but it isn’t far to Denia or a supermarket. It is well equipped and has a nice pool. Our only criticism is that the smallest bedroom is not air conditioned, which did affect my son’s enjoyment a bit. However, we would heartily recommend this property

Erholsamer Familienurlaub in ruhiger Lage

Die Villa bietet alles was man für einen Urlaub dieser Art benötigt, sie ist in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand. Was sicher auch Ingrid zu verdanken ist. Sie ist der erste Kontakt vor Ort, sie hält das Objekt sauber und bereitet es für die Gäste zum Wohlfühlen vor. Das Haus hat eine perfekte Lage und Aussicht. Man schaut im Tal auf zahlreiche Zitrusfrucht Plantagen, ein immergrüner Anblick/Ausblick. Wer Ruhe sucht wird diese hier auf alle Fälle finden. Ausstattung des Hauses passt in allen Lagen. Küche groß und gut ausgestattet, Kühlschrank und Gefrierer groß genug um Getränke und Lebensmittel zu lagern. Eine gewisse Grundausstattung an Küchenutensilien und Gewürzen bestehen ebenfalls. Sitzmöglichkeiten im Innen und Außenbereich sind zahlreich vorhanden. Pool und Außenanlage sind sehr gepflegt dank der regelmäßigen Besuche des Poolpersonal. Durch die klimatisierten Schlafräume , die wir nutzen konnten, ist ein entspanntes Schlafen möglich. Einen Leihwagen oder der eigene PKW ist unausweichlich und bietet Vorteile um evtl. Ausflüge und Einkäufe zu tätigen. Einkäufe können innerhalb eines Umkreises von 15 km bei verschiedenen Supermärkten ,die sehr gut bestückt sind und zum Teil auch Sonntags geöffnet haben (Masymas, Lidl usw.) , getätigt werden. Besonders Einladend fanden wir Masymas, der auch der naheliegenste war, mit seiner umfangreichen Frischtheke (Meeresfrüchte, Fisch und Fleisch). Die Beschreibung des Objektes seitens des Vermieters entspricht zu 100 % den Gegebenheiten vor Ort. Es war für uns bestimmt nicht der letzte Urlaub in diesem Objekt und der Umgebung / Region. TIPP: Da der Ort Benidoleig genau zwischen den Flughäfen Valencia (112 km) und Alicante (104 km) liegt, lohnt sich ein Flugpreisvergleich bei verschiedenen Airlines um so die kostengünstigste Variante zu finden. Falls man einen Mietwagen benötigt sollten man auch da einen Preisvergleich anstreben.
