Aussois le bon choix - Apartment at the foot of the pistes, south facing, sleeps 5

Welcome to our family apartment.

This 36 m2 apartment is located in Résidence le Genevrey B (3rd floor), at the foot of the slopes and balcony facing south and breathtaking views of the village and mountains. Perfect for lunch in the sun. You can ski back into the apartment and in the summer it is direct access to the meadows and the mountains.

It has two levels:
- downstairs: space including the living room with sofa bed (140*190), coffee table, TV, dining table, equipped kitchen. Bathroom with shower and separate toilet as well as plenty of storage space
- upstairs, access by a wooden staircase: a mezzanine with an open part with two bunk beds (80*190) and a secluded bedroom with a 140*190 bed and plenty of storage space. Duvets and pillows provided.
- For your skis, a private ski room is available

The building is equipped with WIFI, we offer it to you, it is free and unlimited. The kitchen is equipped, normally you will not lack anything! Toaster, coffee machine, kettle, fondue machine. There is a washing machine. No dryer or dishwasher.

When you arrive you will find the key in a key box. For the departure, Marie Pierre, from Ausso, will come to make the inventory of fixtures and collect the keys if we are not there.

Cleaning and the loan of sheets and towels is not included in the rental price, however we are in contact with a service provider in the village who offers: -Cleaning fee of 55-78 € -Loan and washing of sheets (17 € for a double bed, 15 € per single bed) -Loan and washing of towels (6 € per set).
