Jacob's Well Vineyard

Jacob's Well Vineyard welcomes you with a sense of private luxury, felt from the moment you arrive on the property. As you enter the gates, you will notice a working vineyard on 11 private acres. This five-bedroom estate home and secluded cabin lets guests experience the best of TX wine country and caters to your desire for vacation enjoyment in an upscale setting just 6 miles from the Wimberley town square, numerous wedding venues, swimming holes, and more.

Professionally designed interiors, hardwood floors, spacious sun-room, and breakfast nook all add to the finishing touches. Five bedrooms and five and a half bathrooms branch off in both directions offering a rather unique, yet private home floor plan. The main house has three bedrooms each with its own en-suite bathroom. There are two additional master suites with en-suites attached to the main house with exterior entrances. Four of the five bedrooms have direct access to one of the many relaxing patios and decks.

The living room is a great conversation spot with comfortable furnishings surrounding a wood-burning fireplace. Kick back in the den with the guys and watch your favorite sports games on the large flat-screen TV. This elongated sun-room also houses the grand dining table that can handle sit-down dinners for up to 12 guests. Enjoy incredible views out of every window!

End your day in the front patio courtyard with sunset views over the vineyard, or on the back deck to BBQ and overlook the wet weather creek, in-ground swimming pool, and remarkable hill country sunset.

Jacob's Well Vineyard is a perfect wedding venue too! The property has multiple locations perfect for an outdoor ceremony, as well as an upscale pavilion and event prep-kitchen and bathrooms. Please inquire for event rates to begin planning your perfect hill country wedding or event.

Outstanding location for family event

We had an amazing time at Woodrow's Winery. The house was perfect, the pool great, the fire pit better and the pavilion perfect for an intimate wedding ceremony. Highly recommend this location for anyone looking for a great location for a family event.

Family gathering for a small wedding

Wow Wimberley!! This property was absolutely perfect!! We had such a wonderful stay. All the family loved their rooms. The kitchen was the best. Outside and grounds are well maintained and perfect for entertaining. Also don’t forget to visit Wimberley, it’s charming.

Wonderful place, beautiful property

We chose this home for our annual family trip. We used the main house and the two bedroom cabin that was a nice walk about 100 yards away. We had a few issues but Jeff was very responsive. Lots to do on the property with the pool, open fields, and patios. The pavillion was perfect for our family games. Everything was very clean, kitchen well stocked, and bedrooms were spacious.

Outstanding Stay at Jacob's Well Vineyard!

The property was perfect for about 12 of us, mostly old friends, getting together for the Eclipse and relaxation. We were all impressed with the property, the location and the natural beauty of the vineyard. It had everything we needed. And the casita was a pleasant surprise and was great for me and my wife and our 2 dogs to have time to ourselves when we wanted that. Would recommend this place to all large groups. Lots of room inside and out. Thank you Jeff and Lindsay!

Beautiful Vineyard

This property was beautiful inside and out! The house was beautiful (even showed better than the photos) and spacious. The kitchen had everything you could think you needed. We loved the double refrigerator and freezer as well as the separate ice maker. Check in was super easy and when we called Jeff with questions, he answered immediately. It was very hot outside so we spent a lot of time in the pool. We highly recommend this property!

50th birthday celebration

We had our extended family to stay for a long weekend for my husband’s 50th birthday. The property was perfect for the group of us. We were impressed with the attention to detail and with how well-stocked the kitchen and house in general was. Several of us had actually stayed at the property several years ago but didn’t even recognize it as the same one until we pulled in. The interior renovations are beautiful and made the whole space much more accommodating for a large group.The owner/manager was super responsive. It was a great time, and we definitely recommend!

Look no further!

This was the perfect property for my husband and our families to gather. If you are staying in Wimberely, stop your search and just book this property. It was beautiful, spacious, and welcoming. There were beautiful touches all over the space including a cheese board unpin entry which was a perfect way to welcome our party. Jeff was communicative, kind, and ready to answer any questions we had! We will definitely be back.

Incredible house for events!

My family used the house to host my bridal shower and it couldn't have been more perfect. It accommodates a large group with plenty of beds and baths and everything is designed to perfection. Its gorgeous and well stocked! We were so pleased to find a lot of cooking utensils and serve wear at the house and soap, shampoo & conditioner in all the bathrooms! Plenty of room for parking and hosting inside & outside of the property. Jeff was a dream to work with, answering my many questions leading up to the event. The house is clean, well stocked, homey, and made for creating timeless memories.

Annual Family Vacation

This was a last minute booking (our beach vacation was cancelled due to Hurricane Beryl). Although we were sad we couldn't go to the beach, we lucked out with this listing. This is a beautiful home/property. I was concerned it would be too big for our group size but it was the perfect amount of space for 8 adults, 3 kids (10,8,7) and one dog. We all stayed in the main house but used the cantina for an overnight guest and for the adult kids to hang out and visit with each other when the grandkids (and us old grandparents) were sleeping. We all loved the pool, the fire pit, looking for bullfrogs at the creek, the space (so many bathrooms!!), comfortable beds, double refrigerator and washer/dryer, and the closeness to town. Jeff, the host, was very easy to work with, very responsive when we needed him and worked with us on check in time. And he provided us with a very nice charcuterie board and delicious bottle of wine upon check in. Really, just a super great place to rent. We enjoyed our stay here immensely. PS-check out Cypress Falls Swimming Hole about 12 miles from this property-it was a lot of fun. Downtown Wimberly was great too

We loved the ambience and the environment this property has to offer. We loved having the family all in one location so that we could have a small intimate wedding for our daughter. This home made it the perfect spot for that. The only issue was that we called and left a voice mail regarding not having power at any of the outlets at the pavilion and we never heard back. We found a work around the next afternoon after no response. However, I was disappointed to not have any response. Also, only the TV in the living room gets the channels and not any of the other TVs. Family members could not get Wi-Fi in the last bedroom. I think it might be due to the signal not reaching it. Maybe change where the router is to have access in all the rooms. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Graduation Celebration

We Celebrated my Son's Graduation from TX State. This property is amazing and there is so much room. The outdoor living area is awesome. It is beautiful and it perfect for big families. All the Bedrooms have a bathroom in them and the rooms are huge. We love this property and it made our Graduation Celebration just perfect. We want to make it a yearly Reunion at this property. Thanks for renting out this beautiful property. You made our Celebration the Best Ever!

Out of this world!

I am speechless. The pictures do not do this place justice. I have held A LOT of events at many different locations, but this by far exceeds them all. The accommodations, amenities, the land, the space, the kitchen, the pool, the outdoor venue, the vineyard, I can go on and on how amazing this place is. Truly magical. And not to mention, we arrived to a full cheese board and bottle of champagne, UM YES PLEASE. Beyond grateful for this place & the prompt communication was very much appreciated. Thank you!!

Wedding Perfect

We booked this property to accommodate our family for our daughter's wedding, and it was perfect! All of the important aspects, this place checked off: lots of space, super comfortable beds, en suite bathrooms, big outside deck to gather, big well-stocked kitchen, and welcoming. Property manager was great to work with. Jeff responded quickly and worked with us. We hosted the rehearsal dinner on property (check out the covered pavilion!) and a next-day wedding brunch. Jeff worked with the caterers and opened the detached bathrooms. Also, the property has a detached caterer kitchen, and all the amenities make it perfect for a smaller wedding. Our daughter's was larger, so we were at The Greenhouse in Driftwood. After guests left, we really enjoyed slowing down and sitting on the front porch. Again, it was perfect. (Also, the "cabin" less than a 1/4 mile on property was ideal for the wedding couple to escape and have their own space.)

Beautiful property

I booked this property for my family (who flew in from Ohio for our wedding) and us to stay for our wedding weekend. It was absolutely beautiful, unique, and breathtaking in every aspect. We absolutely loved that every bedroom had their own bathroom to it. Each room had so much character and was decorated beautifully. The views- amazing. The communication was above and beyond with the owners. Would 1000% recommend.
