ISLAND SANCTUARY...
The grand and adults only Azul Queen Anne mansion awaits the creation of your tropical sabbatical within the Old Town district. At first glance you will observe impressive craftsmanship which was built in 1899 by shipwrights and carpenters for one of the island's premier cigar barons. A contactless check in/out process with a virtual innkeeper allows for a seamless experience!
***GUESTS MUST BE 25 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER
***There is no complimentary breakfast however we provide light snacks for your enjoyment in the common areas.

DETAILS AND AMENITIES...
Possessing old world charm with modern luxuries, this gem will have you feeling lost on island time. Coastal inspired décor among a rich, historic setting draw you into a memorable Key West experience. Sip your morning cup of coffee on the mansion's front porch and marvel over the serene surroundings. Order delivery at one of your island favorites and enjoy within one of lovely, newly renovated gathering spaces or under the outdoor shaded seating area. The mansion rooms provide beautiful spaces for sitting, dining and relaxing for all of our guests to enjoy. A kitchen is located on the first level of the mansion which also includes a microwave and additional refrigerator space.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS...
Located on the 2nd floor of the main house, your comfortable king room welcomes you in. Cozy linens add to a peaceful night's rest accompanied by a flat screen TV, mini fridge and Keurig coffee maker, as well as a private en suite full bathroom with shower.

OUTDOOR LIVING...
Open the back door from your suite to a front balcony offering another lounging space to listen to the breeze coming through the palm leaves (one other room has access to the balcony). From the rear of the main house you will step out to a bright and breezy 2nd floor sun deck with vibrant garden views for your afternoon R & R. The shimmering pool below will refresh your senses with plenty of surrounding loungers. Head into town for happy hour by foot or bicycle ride or take a scenic drive as off street parking is available on a first come first serve basis.

PARKING...
It is first come first serve and if there is not a space available upon arrival you may park on the street in front for free (do not park in a residential permit space!) until one becomes available, or even for the length of your stay.

Fort Zachary Taylor Beach is 1.5 miles
South Beach is 0.7 miles
Higgs Beach is 0.7 miles
Smathers Beach is 2.1 miles

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Azul Mansion is an historic property that has been sympathetically converted to short stay accommodation. It is located in the heart of Key West so walkable to most locations in the area. Our room, Corona, was comfortable and there is plenty of well furnished communal space, inside and outdoors, to relax in. The kitchen area was well equipped and clean, perfect for breakfast or take out meals. The hosts were very professional. The only negative was road noise during the day, but this is probably true for most properties in Key West and was not an issue at night.

Wonderful stay in Old Town

Here are the pros and cons:Pros: Character, style and decor of the property are beautiful - the Christmas touches were just rightNice towels, Keurig in the rooms and another in the kitchen, the ice machine with buckets and the filtered water with pitchers, the digital check-in, comfy bed, plenty of outdoor seatingCons: The AC unit blew on us all night but not sure it could be located anywhere else in the room,the road noise is aweful and so are the planes overhead (we have never noticed this before in KW),we could also hear the couple upstairs The construction smells and noise from next door were awful. Overall, I would not recommend this property simply based on the noisy location. If it weren't for Truman street being more or less a drag race - we could get past the rest.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The room was clean and the bed comfortable and the grounds were well maintained. Communication with the owner was prompt and professional. However, there were problems: The upstairs dehumidifier could not keep up with the humidity. Also, there was black mold in the stairway's wood planking. I became ill because of breathing the mold spores.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great place to stay while in Key West! Easy check in, great communication. Close enough to the action (restaurants, cars, etc.) but far enough away for some quiet. Private comfortable rooms, clean as a whistle in all areas, access to community kitchen, nice living and dining room downstairs, fresh fruit water every day in the foyer, insulated thermos provided that you can fill with filtered water from a machine near the pool to take to your room, fresh pool towels provided daily, spacious outdoor areas with plenty of seating downstairs and balcony lounging upstairs. The only slight con was the noisy air conditioner in the room, but it did work great! There was maintenance going on while we were there (painters, sanding) which put a crimp in the chance for sleeping in, an afternoon nap or quiet time. I wish we had been notified ahead of time that this would be happening. Having said that, I understand you sometimes have to take the workers when you can get them! It is certainly a well-maintained property! Highly recommend Azul Mansion!!

It was quiet and relaxing even with multiple different guests coming and going throughout out entire stay. The room was comfortable and met our needs and we played plenty of cards at the dining room table with friends that were staying in the area as well. Having the ice maker and filtered water was a surprise bonus that we did not know about but utilized throughout our entire stay.

The house was nice but our room was hot. Air conditioning could not keep up and never cooled give room off. Could use some weather proofing around doors and windows. Bathroom was also kind of smallAll in all very clean and beautiful

Exceeded expectations

The pictures did not serve this place justice, an absolute gem. Very clean, and nicely decorated through the entire house. Our stay was 6 days and we grilled by the pool, the complimentary ice buckets and filtered water where an absolute delight and came in handy. I would stay here again. Location is great within a few blocks from Duval street. Late check out was not available however they are ok with you staying in the premises until your departure time in one of the 3 great rooms downstairs which also feature a full size bathroom with shower if you decide to go to the beach.

Although realize it is on the east side. Most activity occurs on the west side. Uber is excellent as is the hop on hop off bus. Golf cart rental a block away. Azula, room Corona was nice. Wonderful to return to a cool room, comfy bed and so quiet. And the owners were just a text away if you need anything.
