This stunning, light-filled two-level penthouse offers a magical view of the sea and the Eckmühl lighthouse.<br>Direct access to the beach is right across from the apartment—just grab a towel and a book, and you’re all set!<br>The duplex is fully furnished, high-end, and perfectly located for exploring the Finistère coast.<br><br>Penmarc’h is one of the most picturesque towns in southern Finistère, and you can admire the most beautiful sunsets right from the apartment.<br><br>--- The Accommodation ---<br><br>The apartment is very cozy, and we want you to feel right at home!<br><br>The space totals 70 m², with an additional 20 m² of terrace, and features high-end amenities.<br>The bedroom on the lower level is very quiet and equipped with high-quality bedding and electric shutters, making it ideal if you like to sleep in total darkness.<br>The bathroom is stocked with shampoo, shower gel, and two towels per person. The walk-in shower is spacious and features both a rain showerhead and a handheld showerhead.<br>Upstairs, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need for cooking (Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, blender), as well as kitchen utensils and basic ingredients (oil, salt, pepper, sugar, etc.).<br>Enjoy the large terrace and the ocean view at any time of day. A large table and benches are available and can seat up to 6 people.<br><br>--- Guest Access ---<br><br>The duplex has a private parking space for your car, secured by an electric gate.<br>Key pickup can be arranged at any time, and we’ll always try to ensure that someone is there to welcome you and show you around.<br><br>--- Additional Notes ---<br><br>The apartment is located in the town of Penmarc’h, one of the most authentic and picturesque towns on the coast, home to a famous fishing port and the legendary Eckmühl Lighthouse.<br>The building is located in a historic preservation district—there are many historic sites in the surrounding area, and you can admire the Chapelle de la Joie from the apartment.<br>The beach is accessible right at the foot of the building via a private entrance.<br><br>Walk to the port of St. Guénolé or Kérity, where you’ll find plenty of great restaurants, bars, and activities (though we recommend bringing a car, as there’s also plenty to do in the surrounding towns!).<br>The famous surfing spot at La Torche is a 5-minute drive from the apartment. There you’ll find many restaurants and bars, some of which are iconic spots in the Bigouden region!<br>You can take a surfing or paddleboarding lesson there (there are about 8 schools spread across 2 beaches), photograph the unspoiled coastline, or simply relax on the beach.<br><br>We’ve left some brochures with local recommendations in the apartment, and we’ll give you a list of our favorite places to go before you arrive—we’re locals and grew up in the area, so we know all the best spots!
