Come and discover the jewel of the Emerald Coast: Cancale! Set in a quiet neighbourhood, this charming house can accommodate 4 guests and will be the perfect base for your getaway. Ideally situated close to local shops and just 5 minutes from the sea, you’ll have a living room with a double sofa bed, a kitchen opening onto the living room, a bedroom with a queen-size double bed and a travel cot, a shower room, as well as a private south-facing terrace! Bed linen and towels are provided.

The accommodation
With a floor area of 52 m², the house is laid out as follows:

Living area on the ground floor:
- Living room furnished with a sofa bed converting into a double bed (sleeps 2), TV, Bluetooth speaker.
- Fully equipped kitchenette opening onto the living room: oven, fridge, freezer, hob, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, crockery and cutlery, dining area with a high table seating 4 people.
- Bathroom with shower, toilet and hairdryer.

Sleeping area upstairs, accessible via a staircase (not particularly suitable for young children or people with mobility difficulties):
- Attic bedroom furnished with a queen-size double bed (160 cm x 200 cm) and a travel cot.

Outside:
- A private 25 m² south-facing terrace, furnished with garden furniture, a barbecue and two sun loungers. The terrace is not overlooked, thanks to the hedges.

- Saint-Méloir-des-Ondes, 4 minutes’ drive away: Intermarché with petrol station, bakeries, tobacconist, post office and florist.
- Cancale, 5 minutes’ drive away: Super U with petrol station, bakery, tobacconist, the harbour with its restaurants and oyster beds, market…

- Hiking on the GR34.
- La Pointe du Grouin, St Coulomb…
- 10 minutes from Saint-Malo, 20 minutes from Dinard, 40 minutes from Mont Saint-Michel, and 30 minutes from Dinan (medieval town).

- Two numbered parking spaces. Outdoor car park secured by a code-operated barrier. Accessible for all types of vehicle.

- Bed linen and towels provided.
- Property equipped with fibre-optic Wi-Fi.
- The property is completely separate from the holiday village. The holiday village’s facilities are not accessible to guests.
- The staircase leading to the bedroom is quite steep (access may be difficult for young children or people with mobility issues)
