Beautiful one bedroom apartment in central Gramercy. The apartment is on the 3rd floor and is in a stunning pre-war building with 24 hour doorman and security with elevator. The building has a gym which is open and laundry room that is currently closed but hoping they open soon! But we can give you the name of a great laundry service that collect and drop off the same day to the door (around $25 for a full load of washing)

You have the entire apartment to yourself - a huge open living room with sofa and TV (access to YouTube tv and Netflix), 6 person dining table, separate kitchen with a bar area, bedroom with king sized bed and a desk (perfect for a couple working from home as you have separate rooms!) and blackout blinds and bathroom. There is air con in both the bedroom and the living room and WiFi throughout the apartment which you can use freely.

The views overlook three tennis courts which is amazing as it’s just lovely hearing people playing sport and having fun all day (it closes around 8pm at night) and also means huge amounts of light flood the apartment. Also great to work out on if so inclined!

Apartment was freshly painted only 3 months ago and newly redecorated with all brand new furniture in June so it’s in fantastic condition and super clean and tidy with plenty of space to make yourself fully at home!
