Downtown New Orleans Balcony Suite 2 Minute Walk to French Quarter 2B

Beautiful Boutique New Orleans Loft House, historically renovated in the heart of the Central Business District. This spacious downtown loft features 200 year old exposed brick, original hardwood ceilings & a 400 sq ft private balcony. Come live easy on Magazine Street just one block from the world famous Canal Street & French Quarter Landmarks nearby are the Convention Center, Bourbon Street, Frenchmen Street, Harrahs Casino. The owners are local, check us out we would love to have you!

We get our towels from a linen company. Sometimes the towels might have blotches (i.e., bleach stains, burn marks, or tears). Our housekeeping does their best to ensure there are no hairs in the towels, but if one is found, it's likely from our housekeeping staff. We strive for this to never happen. If you're not satisfied with the linens, please let us know and we’ll gladly swap them out for you. Please make sure to book for the correct number of guests, as linens are prepared accordingly.

Location of this property is perfect. It was an easy walk to get to the French Quarter, Canal Street, and street cars. Genesis was very responsive and quick to answer all my questions. And, of course, you can’t beat that balcony! We had a wonderful stay!!

Highly recommend this property. It was an experience in itself. Love the balcony. The beds were very comfortable we all slept great! Very kind and helpful hosts. Will stay here again if we visit New Orleans.

Just got done a stay at this place over this past weekend. It was in a good location for parades, the casino, and excellent proximity to French quarter. Host was very kind and attentive. No negative remarks about the accommodations or the host. 5 stars!!

Perfect Location

The loft was huge, full of old character and convenient to everything the city has to offer. Very clean, hot water and the balcony was perfect for people watching and outdoor dining.

Fabulous little hidden gem close to everything

Loved the balcony, very safe feel, close to everything. Walked literally everywhere no need fpr a rental car if you stay here! Beautiful spot comfy beds! Will 100% stay again

Friendly and location

The owner is amazing to work with. The place was clean. Everything you need for your home away from home. We will definitely stay here again. Everything is within walking distance. Highly recommend staying here

The property was very nice and very clean! The beds were comfortable. The balcony was nice and on our last night there the Saint Patrick’s Day parade went down our street and we were able to watch from the balcony which was a nice surprise! Overall our stay was great and I would definitely stay here again. Although a confirmation of our stay 24 hours before arrival would be appreciated. I had trouble getting a response from our host for confirmation and check in info the night before we were supposed to leave for a nine hour drive to the property, which made me a little apprehensive. Also I was led to believe that there is parking available at the building where the apartment is. There is not. There is however parking close by within walking distance to the apartment but it is 50-60 a day (24 hour period) So make sure you figure that into your travel budget if you’re going to stay here.

Lovely Stay

Our family of 6 had a great time in New Orleans. The studio apartment was perfect for our family. We were able to easily access Canal Street and the French Quarter. We will definitely be back and will stay longer next time.

The suite downtown was wonderful! So spacious and had everything we needed. I loved the balcony. It was perfect for morning coffee and evening wind downs before bed. Genesis was a wonderful host. So friendly and very responsive to questions. I would definitely stay here again next time I'm in New Orleans.

French quarter delight

Loved our stay. The only problem was a terribly squeaky bed & the toilet would need fiddling with to flush occasionally.
