Welcome to Emerald rentals, two bedrooms at P.C.B. Make yourself at home in our townhouse, 47-C Vista Lane within the Horizon South Complex a short walk to the sugar-white sandy beach. Two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, One King size bed and two queen size beds accommodations for six guests . TVs, and at home' entertainment after a day at the beach or relaxing. Enjoy any of the four pools. Jacuzzi hot tub, two tennis courts, shuffleboard, Miniature golf, with pool tables in our clubhouse.

Great local restaurants along with nearby shopping at pier park plus a variety of amusements and activities will round out a perfect day at the beach. This lovely townhouse features ground-level access, a complete kitchen, an enclosed private patio. This and much more will exceed your expectations for Panama City Beach and will make this a vacation to remember.

Enjoy all of the comforts of Emerald Palms and you will return again and again. Make us your yearly vacation getaway.

Amazing

We all had our best vacation ever here. The condo was perfect, the salt water pools were perfect and the community at horizon south was the friendliest I've ever seen, literally everybody we met was extremely nice. We will definitely stay here again.

Convenient

we were in town for a softball tournament and it was 2 miles from the fields. Short walk to everything we needed including the beach. We also enjoyed the on-site mini golf.

Everything was as described in listing. Rental was a little dirty upon arrival. Kitchen was a little small with no space for groceries. Overall stay was good.

Summer 2018

We annually visit different locations over the summer with a family of 5. This complex was perfect for our needs. 3 pools, a hot tub and mini golf all in a convenient location. The apartment was nicely decorated and spacious except the kitchen was a little small and no pantry to put groceries. The upstairs beds were perfect for the kids and the balcony over looking the family room was neat. However the master bed was not comfortable. It has two valleys where people have slept over the years and needs to be replaced. We would stay again if this was replaced.

Condo was clean and in a great location towards the center of the complex. Only about a 1 minute walk to the main pool area and only about a 5 minute walk to the beach. Host was great and even left my boys little cups with some baseball bubble gum in them when they found out we were down for a tournament. Condo was a good size for our family of 5 and good place to relax during game breaks.

Fishing trip 2022

The condo was perfect for what we needed. The beds were comfortable which makes a huge difference when you stay away from home. It’s not on the beach but you can walk to the beach in just a few minutes which is nice.

Great place to stay

This was an absolutely great place to stay. Our family loved the property and the short walk to the beach. Property was very clean and had everything we needed other than a large frying pan lol but that wasn't a problem. Overall would definitely recommend this place

Nice For The Price

We have stayed at a condo in Horizon South for several years. This was a cute one. The only thing I would suggest is that owners make it very clear in booking that to use the pool and other activities on property you have to pay an additional $20.00 per person. When traveling with a family of five it adds up. We have stayed in condo's in this complex before and wrists bands were free and located in your unit. We have no complaints about owners at all and the Condo had everything we needed.

Girls Week At The Beach

We enjoyed staying at the condo. There was just a couple of things that were not accurate with the description. The icemaker did not work and it is not a five minute walk to the beach, probably about 15 minutes so we drove to another part where we didn’t have the long walk. Other than those two things we had no complaints. The condo was clean, it needs to be a little upgraded, the carpet upstairs is very old and the beds squeak a little bit but we had a great time.

Panama City Beach

We had a wonderful time and the rental is in an excellent location. Not to mention the family friendly activities and the quiet neighbors. It's perfect for a small family get away. The condo was clean everything that we needed for our stay was there. The location to grocery stores and shopping was excellent not to mention the wonderful restaurants and venues close by. It's hard to beat. We had an awesome experience.

Great place for a family with kids

I was hesitant to rent a place not at the beach but it was a very short walk to the beach, less than 5 minutes. The condo is very comfortable for a family with the kids and is very close to the pools. In fact, you can see one of the pools when you come out of the gate. It was very private which is what we like. The beds are very comfortable. Although the kitchen is small (we didn't cook a lot so it was perfect for us), the condo has its own grill. I liked that there is a fence around a porch. We could let the kids play outside with the toys and didn't have to worry about them because they were right in front of our eyes and were hidden from others by a fence. The owner was very responsive. We lost Internet due to a storm and he contacted ATT right away to get it resolved once we have told him about it. The property description is very accurate. I highly recommend it.

Excellent Rental

We love this rental!! This is our 3rd time staying here. The property owners are great to work with. They respond quickly if any issues arise. The house is in a great gated location. The beds are comfy. We plan to come back again next summer!

Enjoyed our trip

Booking was easy. Owners answered ALL my questions promptly and were very helpful. Although the kitchen is small we were able to make it work. The downstairs bed was comfortable. I would suggest a few more pillows but that is a small detail. Per one adult in our party the bed on the right needs attention you roll to the center of it and is uncomfortable. The unit was stocked with pretty much everything needed with the exception of groceries!! TV in master kept asking for a code for normal channels like lifetime. Would have used tge washer/dryer more but we either didn't know how to work it or it didn't like us. Haha vacation doesn't equal laundry. Definitely looking to stay again. Thank you again.

Vacation

We were looking for a place to stay for our daughters senior spring break trip. Yes we went a week later than the actual spring break but still has a great time. It was very easy to book our accommodation and any questions we had before we arrived were answered in a timely manner. We had no issues. It was very easy to get to any thing we were looking for. Just a short walk to the beach which was great. The kids loved the pools and those were also very nice and close. We all had a great time. And the owners were great. Did not have any problems.

Hello, My wife and I have been long time vacationers at Panama City Beach for the past 24 years. We fell in love with the sugar-white sandy beaches and the entire atmosphere that the Panhandle has to offer. After our first trip to Panama City Beach, we knew this would be our new home away from home, because at that time, it was a rarity for everyone to agree on one place. We watched Panama City Beach transform from a sleepy little beach town to one of the best vacation spots in Florida. We consider ourselves very lucky to be part of the “awakening” and we invite everyone to share in the experience! You too, may be calling it your home away from home.

Our main reason for buying a condo at Horizon South was the family atmosphere and all the activities in the complex. Our girls were 8 & 12 at the time, and to find something for everyone was almost impossible, however Horizon South made it possible. After a day at the beach we could come home eat and play tennis, miniature golf, shuffleboard and not to mention swimming in one of the four pools. In addition, a game of pool in the game room or relaxing in the hot tub was a great way to round out our day. Now, with all the development on the west beach, it has everything anyone would want within a short driving distance

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

One of the best benefits would be the amenities, and location of Horizon South. Others would be Panama City Airport just 15 minutes away. Pier Park, just 2 miles east on Front Beach road. Pier Park has over 1 million square feet of shopping, food and entertainment; Jimmy Buffett's Margaritaville, Reggae J's Island Grill, live country music at Tootsies Orchid Lounge, and much more. Frank Browns sports complex is within 5 minutes on Back Beach road. With all the tournaments through out the year, it's good to know how close it is to home and to be able to relax around the pool.
