Settle comfortably into the spacious living room of this lovely house, ideal for enjoying quality time together or watching a movie on the flat-screen TV.
The fully equipped open-plan kitchen allows you to prepare delicious meals and includes a 4-burner gas hob, electric oven, extractor hood, microwave, dishwasher and a refrigerator with freezer compartment.

The sleeping area is located on the ground floor and features two bedrooms:
– the first with a 140 cm double bed,
– the second, down two small steps, with two 90 cm single beds.
A shower room with hydromassage shower and toilet is also available.

A mezzanine provides an additional sleeping area with a 140 cm double bed.

To make the most of sunny days, the house offers two large enclosed courtyards.
At the front, you’ll find an area with outdoor furniture and a built-in barbecue, perfect for outdoor dining.
At the rear, a courtyard equipped with a “coming back from the beach” shower and a small utility room with a washing machine.

You can easily park in front of the house, located in a quiet residential neighbourhood, ideal for a peaceful and relaxing holiday.

To be paid 1 week before your arrival at the latest:

* A security deposit « Lodging » only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. This bank authorisation will be lifted by us within one month after the end of the rental period. This period may be extended to three months if the restoration requires the intervention of an external company.
* A "Household" security deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. The premises must be left perfectly clean. If necessary, if all the household chores have not been entirely or correctly carried out, the « Household » security deposit will be retained.
* The tourist tax can be paid by credit card by phone, bank transfer or cheque.
* The optional services.

For calm and relaxing vacation, the agency offers the following services (to be booked and paid in advance) :

* Baby cot : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby chair : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby cot + baby chair package : 20 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Wifi Minibox Wifi : 7,90 € per day or 39,90 € per week within the limits of available stock
