Situated between the villages of Barbâtre and La Guérinière and 3.5 km from the Passage du Gois. The nearest shops are 800 m away (bread vending machine 100 m away / bike rental 600 m away / market on Mondays and Wednesdays in Barbâtre and on Thursdays and Sundays in La Guérinière).

In this 27 m² house (plus a double bedroom on the mezzanine), you’ll find:
