* This is a 2-story standalone home. Stairs are required from the garage and to the upstairs bedroom/balcony.

* Minimum age requirement of 25yo for all guests not accompanied by a parent or guardian.

* Parking is a compact one-car garage measuring 7' wide, 12' depth, and 7' height

* An early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee - September to May only.

* Please note that this unit does not have air conditioning or a dishwasher.

* Rental comprises the entire home, rooftop deck, and compact one-car garage.

* All stays over 31 nights may be subject to additional fees, which may not be reflected in the balance but will be outlined in the rental terms and conditions.

* Monthly stays are for one familial unit staying the entire time and cannot be broken up amongst groups.

* Parking can be a tight fit anywhere in the area for larger trucks or SUV's.

* Additional parking can be found on public streets/lots. 24-hour parking is not allowed in most public lots – please adhere to posted parking limitations to avoid ticketing and/or towing.
