Sunny location near the sea

Renovated in 2020, air-conditioned, located on the first floor of a renovated country house, but totally independent, the accommodation has a large terrace with direct views of a winery overlooking the sea and the private grounds.

With a surface area of approximately 70 m², it has a large terrace with a direct view of the sea and the private land available to tenants.

The rental is type F3, with 2 quiet bedrooms located on the mountain side, bathroom, separate toilet, living / dining room with a large kitchen area, as well as a large terrace.

Linen, towels and bed linen provided for the duration of the stay and at no extra charge.

A baby cot and a high chair are also available in the house. However, we do not provide baby sheets.

Garden furniture and barbecue facilities are available and reserved for our guests.

Access to the beach is only a few minutes walk away!

Located at the Farinole marina, first stop on the tour of Cap Corse.

Close to basic amenities with the village of Patrimonio, only a few minutes drive away.
10 minutes by car from Saint Florent and its lively summer life.
25 minutes from Bastia and its port and about 45 minutes from Bastia Poretta airport.

The rental has a closed lot where you can park one or more vehicles.

The accommodations are located at the level of the Cap Corse road, which can be very busy depending on the season.
On the other hand, the rooms are on the mountain side and the accommodation has air conditioning, which allows you to sleep in peace.

The accommodation does not have an internet connection or Wifi.
The mobile phone network is okay but still depends on your operator.
