Looking for a different atmosphere to homeschool the kiddos? We have what you're looking for. This property is waterfront with a private 150' pier for your enjoyment. From inside the home, enjoy water views from most rooms in the house. The renovated kitchen has every thing a professional chef would need to prepare an amazing meal or host a dinner party for 10. A well stocked pantry and spice cabinet awaits any cook. Sit with your guests at the high top dining table or dine in the front sunroom overlooking the water. Kick back in the living room and watch TV on the 55” smart TV or play games with the kids at the table. Enjoy Netflix, Disney+ , Hulu, FUBOTv, ESPN and more. Need to telework - we offer a great wireless connection with high speeds as well as a printer. Do you have little ones? We provide a chair top hi chair, pack and play with sheets, baby bath and more.
Enjoy the picturesque sunrise on the river from the waterfront or while sipping coffee in the front 4 season sunroom or enjoy a glass of wine while watching the sunset.
This house has 4 total bedrooms - 3 bedrooms with queen beds and one extra large room with 2 sets of bunks that sleeps 4. The wonderful high ceiling make this house stand out from the others near by.
With 2 four season sunrooms, an open concept kitchen, dining room and living room area and 4 bedrooms, there is plenty of room for hosting multiple generations at one time, bridal parties, groups of friends, and more. Enjoy the comfortable casual coastal atmosphere throughout the house. Come and unwind!

Love the outdoors? Relax on the back patio with friends and family. We provide a gas and charcoal grill for your use. Don't feel like cooking, just head downtown (1 mile) and enjoy an assortment of restaurants. It is only a few short minutes via a bike ride or about 10-15 minutes to walk to down town.
Enjoy the fire pit in the back yard and hang out with friends and family; wood provided. Want to relax sitting by the water? We have a picnic table and Adirondack chairs out front and plenty of extra chairs to take down to the waterfront deck and new pier as well. After a day in the sun, enjoy the outdoor shower with hot/cold water available April-Oct. (shampoo and soap provided)
Are you the adventurous outdoorsy type? This house comes with 3 kayaks, 2 paddle boards, 5 bikes, life jackets and an assortment of lawn games.
If you're needing additional Kayaks, paddle boards, bikes (children's or adults), Strollers, pack n plays, etc. just ask for details. We have extra equipment for your rental use. Would you like to have outdoor movie night? Rental a mini sailboat sunfish or rowboat? Just ask for details. Would you like to take a day trip to Ocean city, Fenwick or Assateague and don't want to haul the equipment from your home? We have you covered... Just ask about our beach equipment rental packages (includes: chairs, towels, cooler, umbrellas/anchor, boogie boards, skim boards. etc) Enjoy your day out without the hassle).
