You will also find a fully equipped kitchenette: ceramic cooktop, microwave, mini oven, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, and washing machine.

On the ground floor, there is also a bedroom with a 140 cm bed and a bathroom with a toilet.

The mezzanine, partially enclosed and featuring a window, offers a 140 cm bed (as well as two additional fold-out chairs).

For your meals, make the most of the terrace, equipped with a manual awning, garden furniture, and two deckchairs—perfect for enjoying the peace and sunshine.

To be paid 1 week before your arrival at the latest:

* A security deposit « Lodging » only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. This bank authorisation will be lifted by us within one month after the end of the rental period. This period may be extended to three months if the restoration requires the intervention of an external company.
* A "Household" security deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. The premises must be left perfectly clean. If necessary, if all the household chores have not been entirely or correctly carried out, the « Household » security deposit will be retained.
* The tourist tax can be paid by credit card by phone, bank transfer or cheque.
* The optional services.

For calm and relaxing vacation, the agency offers the following services (to be booked and paid in advance) :

* Baby cot : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby chair : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby cot + baby chair package : 20 € per stay within the limits of available stock
