The traditional, cozy and charming holiday cottage *** Haus an der Aue - Haus am See *** (pet-free non-smoking house) is tastefully and individually furnished and can accommodate 6 - 7 people.

It is located in California on the Baltic Sea at the end of a very quiet cul de sac right on the widest point of Schönberger Aue (like a long lake, but is no stagnant water - flows gently away) with unobstructed views of the meadows and is only good 200 m from the sea and the beautiful sandy beach - which you can reach on a barely traveled path in a few minutes on foot.
The idyllic natural garden has a lovely breakfast terrace overlooking the quiet moving River floodplain, and 2 south-facing terraces with seating or Sun loungers, from where you can enjoy a magnificent view over the landscape, the garden and the water and barbecue in the evening at sunset.
The 85 square meters of living space of the house are distributed on living room with tiled stove, a cozy conservatory with additional sleeping facilities, dining area with direct view of the floodplain, kitchen and 2 bathrooms on the ground floor (1 bathroom, 1 bath), and 3 bedrooms upstairs with beds for 2 persons each (1 large double bed, 1 queen bed and 2 single beds).
The decor of the house is individual - bright and friendly in the Nordic style. Since it is a well-suited for people with allergies House (no carpets / leather sofa), it goes without saying that pets are not allowed and not allowed to smoke in the house.
The beautifully designed, natural garden of the house is very quiet, is not visible from the outside and invites with its 3 around the house distributed terraces and with its lush splendor of hollyhocks, hydrangeas, roses and reeds throughout the day to relax.
On colder days you can it is also good in the living room to the adjoining conservatory curl up.
The house is ideal for families, for older frail people because of the upstairs stairs only well suited if the single bed in the winter garden is sufficient and not suitable for wheelchair users at all.(I give this information deliberately so explicitly, as in the past a severely handicapped lady has rented the house, without giving me this information on the phone and then gave a bad rating).
We have now purchased a guest bed for the conservatory, so that this room can also be used as a locked garden room - access from the living room or from the garden.
