In an exclusive country house style, a large light-flooded living and dining room, two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious bathroom await you on 85 m² of living space. From the living and dining area you have access to two balconies, which are oriented towards the south and west. There is a clear view of the Hündle.

Our little “gem” is located in the centrally located district of Thalkirchdorf-Wiedemannsdorf, which belongs to Oberstaufen. Just a few minutes away by car there is a very nice village shop in Thalkirchdorf, which covers your daily needs. The local gastronomy also has something to offer for every taste.
In just a few minutes you can reach hiking trails, bike paths, mountain railways, ski lifts, cross-country trails, summer toboggan runs, outdoor pool and the Great Alpsee.

Golf:
Oberstaufen is a real paradise for golfers. A total of 15 golf courses are available within a radius of about 70 km around Oberstaufen and provide a lot of variety (among other things, the highest tee-off point in Germany is very close). Directly in the Oberstaufen holiday region you will find three different 18-hole golf courses, which are not only very varied, but also a real challenge for beginners and handicap players. They are located in a particularly attractive landscape with a wonderful view of the surrounding mountains. The Oberstaufen golf course is located on a sun terrace right on the outskirts. It is located in a wonderful alpine landscape and offers spacious exercise facilities with a driving range, putting green, chipping green, pitching green and practice bunkers. The charming 18-hole golf course Oberstaufen-Steibis (par 69) is located in a very beautiful high valley at an altitude of 800 m. At the foot of the Hochgrat, nature has created the conditions for a unique golfing experience: biotopes, rocks, springs & old trees open up a unique panorama. From the golf course you have wonderful views of the mountains of the Alps and the picturesque Oberstaufen embedded in the landscape. Even spoiled golfers who have already played world-famous courses will impress & challenge this course again.

Ski:
In the Oberstaufen ski area there are around 60 lifts and more than 80 km of groomed runs available for all levels of difficulty. Oberstaufen is a very popular ski area for beginners & families with children (there are numerous' beginners' runs' & ski schools in town) as well as for experienced skiers. The Hündle ski area is only a few minutes away from your apartment. The famous ski area Oberstaufen / Steibis with the ski arena (approx. 860-1.880m high) is only 10 minutes away by car. Here you will find one of the most beautiful and snow-sure ski areas in Germany with wonderful "from lift to lift" runs, steep slopes for professionals, floodlight skiing, après ski as well as racing service and timing. An absolute highlight are the ski and snowboard areas at the sun and ski paradise Hochgrat (1,833m). The Waldkar downhill run & the international FIS race track delight every ski fan. With a length of 5.5 km and a height difference of 856 m, the ski run from the Hochgrat is one of the longest in the German Alps.
