☆☆☆☆☆ Luxurious Design Villa near the beach - sleeps 8+

Our house is ideal for bigger get-togethers such as weddings, big birthdays, family reunions or team off-sites. Or it might just be the two or a few of you, which will give you a lot of space to spread out …!

This is a brand new luxurious 4-bedroom villa which also has a separate ¨atelier¨ - everything you need for your Gotland stay.

There’s plenty of room in the house to sleep 8-10 people - or more, although the exact number of people staying in the house has to be communicated. There’s a master bedroom with a double bed, a guest bedroom with a double bed and its own entrance, one bedroom with a ¨family bunk bed¨ that sleeps one person on top and two below. There’s a futon bed in the guest common area, a single camping bed in the atelier (which does not have its own bathroom, but it does have a sink and running water, and available only upon request), and a blow-up mattress is also available. For extra sleeping room, there's also a camper :)!

The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, water cooker, French coffee press, etc.

The ¨east wing¨ closes off and works independently of the main section. It has its own entrance, an outside morning coffee nook, a deck that faces a vast field, as well as a glimpse of the ocean through the trees.

The master bedroom functions as your own private spa with an oversized bathtub. So, after a relaxing bath, you can roll straight out of and into bed! In the master bed, you also have a view of an expansive field - and also a glimpse through the trees of the nearby ocean.

Enjoy an open kitchen to the two-story living room, for chatting with your guests while you cook.

House amenities: washer, dryer, Wi-Fi, self-check-in, parking, laptop-friendly workspace, indoor as well as outdoor showers, bathtub, hair dryer, acoustic piano, toys, boardgames, and 2 long dining table seating 18+ people but expandable out onto decks on either side. The windows lining both sides of the living room fold away to give an inside-outside ¨cabana¨ feeling.

For outside play, there is a soccer goal, the local game of ¨kubb¨, among other things. There are bikes as well as a bike trailer for biking excursions. The house has a wrap-around deck and a large gas barbecue.

The sweeping field adjoining the house makes for both privacy and the feeling of spacious surroundings. The house is not on a through-way street, so traffic is limited to residents, the postman and the weekly visit from the ice-cream van :)!

Included in your stay: bed linens, bath towels, bath robes toilet paper, paper towels, free coffee and tea. The house is within walking distance to the beach as well as restaurants, local designer and vintage shops, and two different resorts that offers yoga classes, live music, massages, etc.

The sandy beach of "Gustavs", a 10-minute walk away, has water that’s both shallow and child-friendly, and warmer than in most other places. The house is ideal as a base to explore the west coast of Gotland. The medieval capital of Visby is located a little more than half hour’s drive away, and ever-expanding bike lane routes make biking around in Gotland a great option.
