The house is in a quiet location in the 'Ammerland Oasis' in the Mollberg district. The golf course / water ski park of the gardens can be reached in just 5 minutes. The spacious, very complete and comfortably furnished holiday home with sauna and veranda (25m2) is located on a beautiful plot in the middle of the park-like landscape. Heath, forest and lake, everything is right outside the door and can be enjoyed from the veranda. The swimming lake has excellent swimming water. Angel is not allowed. Bike / footpaths are everywhere to make nice trips. Bad Zwischenahn and Oldenburg are only 15 minutes away by car and with 20 km you are on the coast! The house is known in the middle of the region for its rhododendron bloom from May to June.
