Our newly remodeled one bedroom offers a full, modern kitchen with a gas range, low profile microwave, toaster, water boiler & full size refrigerator with an ice maker.

We have a coffee maker and provide single-origin, locally-owned coffee on the house along with an assortment of herbal and black teas. There is a table that serves as a dining table or lightweight work area.

In the common area there is a couch that pulls out to a full sleeper bed with a padded mattress pad, sheets and pillows.

The queen size bed is comfortable with ample pillows & organic sheets. There is a good sized closet and a large bedroom window with a view of the private patio that includes a table, umbrella, chairs & glider bench. Smoking is permitted in the private patio. The view of the patio is also somewhat of a bird oasis. The bird feeder among the trees in the private, fenced in yard offer a peaceful bird watching space from the bedroom and there is an outdoor fountain that is available to get fully into your zen.

The space includes a fully-stocked kitchen complete with fridge, gas stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, cookware, dinnerware and basic condiments.

Free WiFi that receives speeds up to 70 Mbps.

The bedroom has black-out curtains for travelers transitioning to our time zone or if you just feel like sleeping in. The bedroom is separated by a privacy curtain in case you are sharing a space with someone who can't sleep or vice versa or just looking for a daytime nap.

The bathroom door is a barn door that combines style with space saving and is the centerpiece of the property.

We offer flexible cancellation policies so that you are able to make changes in case life throws you a curveball.
