Sunny and bright village house with a swimming pool and a view of the vineyards

A superb, bright, and very well-equipped mansion, recently renovated to a high standard of comfort, located in the heart of a small Gascon village with spectacular views of the Plaimont vineyards and not far from Marciac.
The village is located in the Gascony region, near Marciac, and offers numerous outdoor activities during the summer, such as local markets, flea markets, and music festivals—including the internationally acclaimed “ Jazz ” in Marciac and the lesser-known “Tempo Latino” in Vic Fezensac. Numerous vineyards surround the village of Pouydraguin, just waiting to be explored, such as Madiran, Saint-Mont, and Côte de Gascogne, to name just a few. The house has two levels with 4 bedrooms upstairs (each sleeping 2 people), 2 en-suite bathrooms, and 1 shared bathroom for 2 bedrooms—ideal for a family of 6 adults with 2 children. Each bedroom has a large double bed, except for one bedroom, which has two single beds—preferably for children.
Downstairs, from the entrance, you walk through a spacious hallway into a very bright living room with a large corner sofa and a separate dining area with a table and 8 chairs. The kitchen is very well-equipped and features a table with 8 chairs.

The garden, which surrounds the house, is fenced and leads to the indoor pool. Outdoor furniture and a barbecue are also available. A small path separates the second part of the garden, which features numerous fruit trees and a small shed, from a private parking area for 4 cars.
